This hotel is a good option if you are planning to stay in Aerocity: it has a very good breakfast, and it’s located very close to the Square. They also provide bottled water free of charge, since in general tap water is not drinkable in India.
I want to leave a special thanks for Mithun, whom I ran into when leaving for check out. He took care of our room during our stay, and not only the room was spotless, but also he is pays attention to every detail to make your stay more comfortable and pleasant.

1. long waiting for check in and check out, as the front desk staff don't know how to answer questions of customers
2. Broken milk used in making early morning coffee, by the in-room dining team- but first to charge for the coffee
3. Laundry team did not press my blazer but charged me and delivered the item with same number of folds

5. Front desk team don't even know how to smile.
6. Hotel is more interested in extorting more money from guests

I was here in india for a short stay. I liked it so much when I came in first time that I booked it on my way back to USA. This is my favorite hotel to stay in Delhi from now on. Special thanks to Pramod! He’s on cheerful guy.

I love this hotel. The staff is amazing! The rooms are very clean, the showers are very hot, the water pressure is great as well. They have a wonderful sauna, great gym and a beautiful pool. The best service in all of Delhi!

Room wall is not sound proof.
Room air is quite dusty.
My allergies have puff out. Cant make it a good sleep even one night on my stay.

The hotel tries to cheat. It took payment for the taxi service to and from the airport saying we cannot book until the payment is done, and then charged the guest also taking advantage of the fact that generally we do not cross check from our guests or clients. When they do not book the taxi before payment, why would they charge. Also, the payment received by them on booking was also confirmed by them. Upon pointing out the double payment, they just messaged after 4 phone calls( which they never cared to answer) that it would be returned in 10 WORKING DAYS! It seems this is a norm and they do it always and make money in 80-90% of the cases as they were not apologetic and never bothered to call back! They also had no explanation!

Novotel Aerocity offers value for money. I stayed here just for 1 day for business. While some rooms are very good (premium suites), the beds in deluxe rooms could be better. The location is close to World mark shopping malls and restaurants, making it very convenient for those wanting to stay closer to the airport.

Compared to the hotels in this area that I have stayed in through the years, I found the service in this hotel truly amazing. The breakfast buffet is great. The spa at Pullman was lovely. The all day dining option was good. The hotel staff goes all out to ensure that you enjoy your stay. Thank you!
