Older building, nothing fancy. Everything was dated but functional. Very clean, comfortable bed. No hot water the first morning. It was fixed in a few hours

Perfect location to downtown since parking can be an issue. The best feature to this motel is a very comfortable bed, we loved it.

Don’t be fooled by the wood paneled walls or linoleum flooring. This place is simply retro! Reminds us of happy family vacations. It is wonderfully clean, well-loved, quiet, cool and includes very comfortable beds. The owners and staff do a wonderful job in making your stay in Falmouth a delightful one.

This place is a hidden gem! The quaint rooms are spotlessly clean, and the staff is amazing. This was our first time to the Cape, and they were so helpful in getting us to Martha’s Vineyard. We even decided to stay an extra night, got back late from the ferry, and the staff stayed open until we returned to get our key. Definitely stop here!

Old motel which is very nicely kept up, very clean, in downtown Falmouth, walking distance to shops or the beach.

We loved our stay at the Town and Beach Hotel! Virginia, the owner, was so welcoming upon our arrival and gave us lots of great tips on what to do in the area. The room was clean and comfortable and right in the heart of shopping and dining in beautiful coastal Falmouth. I was there on a girl's trip with a friend and the location was so convenient ~ just a 15 minute walk to the ferry dock where we departed for a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard. I would stay with Virginia again!

This is my second time at this motel and I absolutely love it. It's an old time motel updated for today. Its got its quirks due to its age (older motels don't have plugs in the bathrooms, its a pretty common occurance), but nothing to keep me from coming back. Its also walking distance to the main section of main street in Falmouth, making it real easy to just park at the motel then walk down to the shops and restaurants down the street. I'll be back.

Great staff, close to ferry and very close to everything.

The Town and Beach Motel was our home for only one night, but it's a gem, clean, convenient, affordable, excellent parking, close to dining and shopping and still has its vintage features, including paneling in the room and vintage tile in the (spotless) bathroom. Plenty of towels and pillows and the mattress felt new, maybe a little too new, haha, it was very firm. The owner is super helpful and welcoming, and the landscaping is lovely. Rooms have window A/C units which cooled it nicely and quietly. I have zero plans to visit Cape Cod again (in fact, I'm going to actively avoid it, but that has nothing to do with the hotel, haha), but to those who do, if you're in Falmouth, check out the spotless, affordable and convenient Town and Beach Motel.
