Very close in proximity to the Robinsons Shopping Mall. Many beggars around hotel and fronting the mall following me all the way

clean and decent size room, close to everything, restaurant/breakfast is ok, rooftop with a pool is a plus. would recommend it.

It was a nice hotel in manila. 24 front desk is very convenient for international arrivals as not sure about exact time when u can check in. As my flight schedule was delayed one day. It was a little bit different using swipe card for elevator. the staff was very helpful to teach me how to use the elevator. Very high-tech and secure in my opinion. Staff very helpful. The restaurant/cafe food tasted good. I enjoyed my stay there even though only 1 night.

I especially liked big room and the pillows were excellent. Design, colors and art around the rooms and corridors gave a nice extra touch. Only downside was a bit lacking wifi, especially it would be nice to have wifi on rooftop and at least good signal in the rooms. Outside the street have slightly restless overtake and could be a bit less nice experience to some people. Overall it was good place to stay before long flight back to home.

All was Good (specially the service). The only negative point is that the streets around are noisy until late night and the acoustic isolation of the Windows should be improved.

Despite booking for three, I had to ask to be given more than one key, ask for towel/toiletries etc., for three (rather than two). Food was strange ..... Spaghetti bolognese (listed as having tomato sauce) served without tomato sauce .... food served cold/lukewarm or a mix of warm (ie. salmon) and cold (vegetables) in the same order. Had a slight Fawlty Towers feel :) Check in staff and doormen very nice and helpful. Nice room - size and comfortable.

Great location, modern and clean.The unfortunate aspects is that they have noisy neighbours nearby and can get a bit loud on the weekend. Another factor is that the air-conditioner placement in the room is usually directly pointed at the bed, thus it can be either very cold or warm and would take some time to get used to a perfect temperature.

The only thing i didnt like was how small the pool was. The only complaint is that the internet was very poor. Otherwise i will be staying there on my next visit

I stayed Amelie hotel for 3 days. Staffs there were kind and and tried to make me feel comfortable. Food also was great. I think I'll stay Amelie when I get to the Manila.

Wifi signal weak. At checkout, was charged for stain in towel. Never saw towel. I dont believe i stained anything as towel was used only for drying after bath Food not great

Hotel was very nice and clean, reasonable price.. And employees were friendly.. If your bed sheet and pillows were smelled, ask to be replaced.. I was satisfied with everyting.. I got good memories about Manila because of this very hotel..

We (3 friends) stayed in a room with 2 queen beds over NYE. We arrived at 3.30pm and the room wasn't ready, dissapointing given the 2pm check in. Luckily they provided coffee while we waited about 10 mins.The room on the 10th floor was spacious and as per the pictures you find online. It had a roomy bathroom and comfortable beds. Despite being a relatively new looking building they didn't invest in double glazing & even on the 10th floor we could hear commotion from the street below (which was louder than normal because of NYE).The hotel was having a NYE function on the 12/top floor (1388 pesos inc buffet dinner & two drinks with live band) but we wanted to be able to acces the rootop at midnight as paying guests. The first staff member we asked said it was only for function guests but then the manager overheard & said it was no problem. At midnight we went up to the roof top to see all the crazy fireworks go off around the city.We didnt get a chance to use the pool (one of the reasons we chose this hotel over others in the area) because of the rain.It is a very small pool so really only good for a quick dip. We were able to sign out umbreallas to borrow & reception organised a taxi to the airport at 3.30am. A good choice hotel in Manila and I may consider again as its close to robinson mall and about a 25 min walk to intramutros.

For 1 or 2 nights & the price it's good. A little loud and I wouldn't include the breakfast if I stayed again. Not many options for vegetarian so a pretty expensive side of toast!
