Nice hotel, clean, decent size rooms and comfortable bed. Front desk speaks English and is very friendly and helpful. Shower has rain option, and is nice and hot for a long time. Very central to everything, easy to walk to whatever you want to see.

My recent stay at the Paris Hotel in Armenia left much to be desired. The hotel is in dire need of major renovations. Upon entering the room, a noticeable smell lingered, indicating that the space was outdated. Additionally, the air conditioning was ineffective, making the room uncomfortable. Although the breakfast was satisfactory, with decent options, it hardly made up for the disappointing state of the accommodations. While I typically refrain from leaving negative reviews, it's important to highlight the need for improvement. Despite the friendly and accommodating staff, the lack of amenities such as a gym, pool, or even a proper lobby raises questions about the value of staying here. Although the location of the hotel is convenient, it's difficult to justify recommending it to others until significant upgrades are made to enhance the overall guest experience.

Excellent size of room

Paris Hotel Yerevan is an excellent choice for a short or long stay in Yerevan. Great location, nice and attentive staff, breakfast is beyond any expectations (with an outstanding view at mountain Ararat as a bonus). Although technically this is a nonsmoking hotel, don’t be surprised if you find an ashtray in your room, and obviously everybody is smoking around.

Stayed there 7 days and the quality of service remained consistent, with all staff members. Great, clean facilities and rooms. Excellent restaurant with live music. Short walking distance to central square and other popular locations.

It’s an excellent hotel excellent front desk service excellent customer service. Excellent tap rooms also excellent top roof restaurant with great outdoor dining and great view. Great staff! Comfortable rooms! We loved the rooftop restaurant and the excellent live music during breakfast and dinner. Location is very close to Republic Square and lots of nice restaurants and shopping. We would happily book again!

The rooftop was beautiful except for a very bad smell (bathroom) as you enter. I did bring it to tge management attention. I hope they resolve it soon, after all it is a restaurant.

Comfortable hotel with good service and helpful people

The rooftop restaurant is great. The hotel is clean. Just a thought they may want to upgrade the carpets. Nice size rooms,and perhaps get another lift. Overall very enjoyable

Great location

Stayed my second time at this property, Excellent location very convenient to a lot of landmarks and great dining options. But the best part about this hotel is their staff. Extremely helpful and courteous staff.

The hotel had the best breakfast buffet I have had in years. Room was quiet, well appointed, and clean. The hotel is conveniently located close to everything. I would recommend this hotel, and would stay here the next time I visited. My only grumble was that I was not picked up at the airport as agreed, and as compensation they offered to take a small percentage off of an absurdly high transportation service.
