The room was amazing and the bathroom was very spacious definitely recommend to anyone.

Very nice hotel with great front desk staff. Breakfast buffet had a nice variety and was from 6-10 am which is unusual. Lots of restaurant close by. Would stay there again.

The facility is clean and staff very pleasant.
However, @ 10:15 pm, what appeared to be a loud argument occurred in room next to ours. Lots of yelling and what sounded like things being thrown against our adjoining wall. I heard loud bang/pop (possibly from a small 25 or 32 caliber pistol)! I called the front desk at this time and reported my audible findings. Shortly thereafter, the argument quieted down. At about 10:45 pm, the yelling and screaming of two or more persons (possibly female) escalated again! I called the front desk to report this. The person I spoke with said the manager had called the room after my first call to the desk, and a person told the manager the “she dropped something”. At that point, the desk person said they would call the manager again. Approximately, 25-30 minutes later the noise stopped.

This hotel was convenient for where we were commuting to our relatives. The room only had one shower door, and the flooring was buckling up because the shower water can come out of the stall. the toilet paper hanger was right next to you while on the toilet and coming loose from wall. The wallpaper on opposite of missing door was coming off wall. The bathroom was the main miss for me.

The internet wouldn’t connect to the fire stick for my son. I called the desk and she said she has no knowledge of how to help. Shift change was at 11pm and the next person could help.
The water in the bathroom barely ran. The a/c wouldn’t blow cool air unless the thermostat was set to 62° so we froze rather than be hot. There was loud people in the hall which is to be expected, but the walls are so thin that we heard everything. We went to the pool with our son and there was wayyyyyyy too much chlorine!! I didn’t get in the water and I had to flush my eyes when we got back to the room because they were burning so bad! My son’s eyes were so red!!!
General maintenance on this property would help a lot!!

Carpets were stained, even in the hallway, beds were hard and uncomfortable. The heater was on in the hallway even though it was almost 100 degrees outside. The place had an overall old and dirty feel to it.

I didn’t like that we had nowhere in the room to put our belongings. There weren’t any drawers for the four of us except 3 bins, one of which was broken, so only had 2 small pullout baskets for all our clothes. Not good for a family of four with 4 suitcases staying 5 days.

The staff was not very friendly. I selected to pay there but when i arrived they told me I was already billed and she didn’t know how to undo the billing. The free breakfast was not very good. This location was well below the standards I was use to with this hotel brand. I will never step foot back in this location again.

Very accommodating. In town for a Hockey tournament. Breakfast was good, hotel was quiet at night. Close to multiple restaurants and easy access to main roads. Kiddos had a great time in the pool.

The fire alarm went off for a burst pipe @3am….it is now 4am & the fire alarm still going off. They let everyone back in bc no danger. Sitting in my room with the fire alarm pounding my ears.
It was also 40 degrees outside for an hour in our pjs.

The breakfast service could have served proper tea instead of green tea and herbal tea. Black tea or English breakfast tea is very common and I was surprised Hampton Inn did not serve it. There are many tea drinkers and many prefer tea over coffee.

Very nice staff. Easy to get to from the freeway. However, there are a lot of stains on the furniture and carpet. The drapes are torn, and there was hair on the bathroom counter and toilet when we arrived. It will work for a night, but this hotel needs to update in order to stay competitive.

We were a bit worried when we booked the hotel just because we knew nothing about the area and were headed to a wedding within an hour of the time we checked in. We were pleasantly surprised as everything was clean, quite and the staff were helpful in answering our questions about the area. The next morning, we had the breakfast. I have never seen a hotel complimentary breakfast area set up so well and it was clean and organized. The staff were welcoming and you could see the pride that the lady over the area took in making sure that we had a fantastic breakfast experience. This was one of the best hotel experiences our family has ever had.

We stay at a Hampton almost always. This one had by far the worst bed I’ve ever had. When you opt for the sofa Ed cushions over the king bed it’s bad. The 1st morning it took 5 minutes for the shower to reach Luke warm. That’s as good as it got. The electrical outlet by the bed was dead. The light over the bed wouldn’t hold a bulb so no light there. The microwave in the “Kitchenette” was missing. We stood for 5 minutes in the lobby waiting on an employee to check us in. The couple in front of us had been waiting longer. The thermostat on the wall did t work. Don’t check into room 124. Other than that the weekend anniversary trip was great!

Check in and out was great and breakfast was good! The only complaints are they didn’t come around and replenish bath linens or even offer and the water pressure was not great in any of the rooms we reserved. Overall our rooms were clean!

A most wonderful property with amazing staff. The room was so clean and fresh. Breakfast was amazing. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who may be looking for a room in the area. A very clean property with food close by . I felt very safe here as well.
