A beautiful job of renovating a historic building! Much appreciated free breakfast from the menu in the excellent restaurant and additional meal discounts on players cards. Room was nice, comfortable and generally clean, but some more attention may be given to dust in some areas (backs of doors, heating element in bathroom, etc. Overall a very pleasant stay.

This unassuming hotel in the casino was actually really good. The room was quiet, nice and dark in the morning, clean, spacious, the bed and pillows very comfortable, lots of room to move around, and felt like it had been recently remodeled or refreshed. Glad that we stayed here. With our overnight stay we received BOGO dinner, and free breakfasts!! Highly recommend this hotel.

My stay was absolutely incredible. The only complaint I have was with the restaurant inside the century. Food was excellent, staff was friendly, but we could overhear one employee screaming at another employee in the kitchen. The waittress being screamed at was very professionaI, friendly,
and extremely attentive, so we thought it was very unprofessional of the other woman to be yelling at her especially where everyone could overhear, but things happen in food service. It did not effect my stay. I still highly recommended staying at the Century. I have not been so pleased with a hotel in a very long time.

Wasn't sure when I arrived as the casino is in older downtown building. Have stayed in some of those before and not always so good. However, Century did a good job updating the building and staff are all great.

I really like the luxury of the rooms at the Century. The beds are comfortable and my room was large. It is convenient to have the restaurant downstairs. The hamburgers are delicious!

Check in was good, breakfast the first day was good Luna or waitess was great, dinner was good the coleslaw wasn’t good Josh took it off the bill,the next morning breakfast food was good but the attitude of the staff was not good one young man working the front desk was complaining about working in the restaurant were everyone could hear his conversation, check out the person working front desk was not friendly after in checked out he didn’t say “ thank you for staying, did you enjoy your stay” nothing

Check in was easy, friendly staff. Bringing in the luggage is not so easy up the stairs or around to the front. Free breakfast was good and appreciated. Rooms were spacious and clean. The problem is the constant music you can hear when trying to sleep. They did provide ear plugs but that did not help. The pillows were really hard too. I tried smashing them down but it did not help.

They served me raw chicken. I gave it back to the waitress and she took it back to the kitchen where they admitted it was raw. She was fantastic, but most likely another bite would have laid me up for my vacation. Get your stuff together in the kitchen and you will be perfect.

We had a very wonderful time and experience for our first vacation to Cripple Creek. We definitely recommend Century Casino and Hotel. Very clean and nice. The staff went above and beyond to accomodate and educate regarding places to see. We wanted for nothing. The Grill staff was awesome. Very nice time.

The hotel and casino were very good. Our only issue was carrying our luggage up stairs to our room. We know there is no other way to do this, but it is an issue for older folks. The check-in hostess did ask if we needed assistance but we declined. Our room was really nice, all the staff were friendly and helpful and the food was great. We would definitely stay there again.

While I generally enjoyed my stay, there were a couple of issues I wanted to bring to your attention. The shower curtain in my bathroom appeared unclean, which made me feel that the bathroom had not been properly attended to. Additionally, I found the pillows to be quite uncomfortable, which affected my overall rest.
I share this feedback with the intention of helping improve the guest experience. I appreciate your attention to these matters and hope that my next stay will be more comfortable.

First stay here, and if ever through Cripple Creek again would likely stay again. We love facilities with character and the spacious room fit that bill. There is music noise from the casino below but this was not a bother. Excellent, professional staff from check in to the restaurant. We do not spend much time gambling, so can't comment on any perks there.
The one complaint is with regard to bed pillows. Everyone in my party of 4 found the pillow selection to be be firm and too thick, so maybe an issue beyond personal preference.
