Clean and pleasant looking room etc, but air-conditioner didnt work and it was hot & humid night! No cutlery so i couldnt et my packed meals

Staff were very good as we arrived late but they contacted us by phone.to confirm our arrival and left the key for us in a convenient location with the light on in room.

The hotel room is very basic. There is no microwave and the TV did not work. A panel on the bathscreen is missing.

10-15 minute walk from coach stop and city center. Late-night supermarket nearby (town center).

Amazing effort to make us comfortable , free upgrade to a better room that suited us . Very friendly, happy with everything. Recommend it to budget conscious travellers.

Lovely, clean quiet place. Owners are lovely and very helpful.

There was no one at reception when I went to go check in. Instead there was a note on the door saying which room I am in and where the key is. And when I arrived at the room the key was in the door, not where it was supposed to be. Aside from this hiccup the stay was lovely. Could have benefitted from a hairdryer but other than that it is a great little stay for a budget price.

We arrived and were greeted by Jim, who was welcoming and told us our room was ready.The room was basic, but had a fridge, toaster, microwave, crockery and cutlery. Sure the bathroom was a tight fit, but again, it was clean did the job. The beds were comfy as well. We had an issue with the TV reception and Jim came over and fixed it straight away. The Wifi was hit and miss, but that happens at a lot of places. Overall, we were happy with the service Jim and Suzy provided and would happily stay here again. It’s hidden away but central to many nearby places.

Room door didn’t shut properly and was draughty when shut. Bathroom was very dated and the reception shut an hour before the advertised time. No WiFi.

Not too clean overall, and there are some little bugs in the room.

we stayed 4 nights in this little motel and it did the job for us, clean & tidy , bed was a bit uncomfortable (but it was only for 4 nights) so that was ok, the bathroom door needed a new handle,and the front door was sticky, but they were miner little things that we did tell the owners about, but we had a great time in Mount Gambier.

Good host. Cheap rates = very dated property. STRONGLY suggest cleaning the black moles off the ceiling in two of the four bedrooms. Otherwise good value for the asking price. HUGE space for a big group to stretch out.

Very well maintained hotel though seems to be stuck some years back decor wise. Very quiet, room very large and well equipped. We arrived after hours so they had left the keys for us, no stress with a check-in limit as we had elsewhere. Few minutes from Blue lake

It was very disappointing.. looked like Bates Hotel from Psycho.. Run down, rusted, Deep pot holes everywhere in driveway, fire alarm broken, bathroom old and rusted out.. overall a motel I would not ever visit again.

I loved this beaufitul town. Very Traditional Motor-Inn. Affordable Price for Stay. Easy to access by driving a car.

The motel had a 'tired' look but despite the age of the buildings/rooms the owners were very friendly and helpful and made me feel safe and secure.

Check in was quick, the place is run down, however, for a budget accomodation and a place to sleep works fine!

When we checked in we were greeted with a very warm welcome and given a map of the area and told of all the hot spots to see. We asked if it would be possible to borrow two towels as we were going diving the next day and didn't have any of our own. The towels showed up in our room very shortly afterwards. The motel is very old and tired. The tiles in the bathroom are very colourful, I think there were about six different patterns going on. We came back from diving around noon the next day and saw the housekeeper tending to the other rooms. We did what we needed to do in the room and then left for the afternoon to go sightseeing. When we came back later in the day, our room had not been cleaned. I mentioned it when we were checking out the next day and were told our room should have been done. We weren't able to get on the wifi at all.

The room was small but comfortable, nice staff good location

The window blinds were dirty. The whole place badly needs a make over.
