Quiet for a caravan park

Bathroom doesn't provide much bench space (none), I have to leave all my toiletries on the table, a bit inconvenient. Other than that it's tidy n clean

We stayed in a cabin, but as a pre entry form we had to sign a form to say that its not recommended top bunks for under 9 years, and when booking they knew our eldest child was 6. However with 3 children and 1 bunk and 1 single, our eldest had to go on the top bunk. Which when we arrived the top bunk was not sheeted as the other 2 beds were. And none of the kids beds had the top sheet or quilt made, so my husband and i had quite a task once arrived. But i also had a 6 yr old forced to sleep on a bed which had signs in the cabin and i had to sign on pre arrival that under 9 were not allowed to sleep on. Then there were just little things like we were given one face washer for a family of 5. The dishwashing liquid is so watered down it barely made bubbles. We had 3 bowls for 5 cereal eaters. We were left with dirty pots and pans to use. The standard was average. There was mould in the tile grout and ceiling in the bathroom. It was just average.

Extremely helpful reception staff, our parking was difficult & the lady went out of her way to help. Only issue was that there was a light bulb missing in the above bed reading lights & the mattress dipped in the middle, even so, I certainly recommend this place. Checked a price from a caravan park up the road at Tweed & it was $77 more expensive & we only had a cabin.

We stayed in a studio cabin, which needs a little tlc!
I love the closeness to Kingscliff beach, shops, restaurants and grocery store. The cabin needs some hooks on bathroom door, as there is no where to hang clothes while having a shower. A stick on mirror on the wardrobe would be helpful and a hook or rack to hang the tea towel on. Salt and pepper would also be nice. Staff are always helpful and friendly, great stop off point when heading north for one or two nights!

It’s a cozy little holiday park, one of the smallest we have been to but really enjoyed the nice staff and hospitality. People are super Fri, and neighbours are quiet. Everyone is very good.
Rooms are quite and cozy, location is not the best but there are buses around to take you to groceries and restaurants.

They didn't take out the rubbish from the previous people who stayed in the room, which stunk out the room once we opened the cupboard where it was located. The smell didn't go away even after we took it out.
There were broken and loose tiles coming up from the bathroom floor.
There were spider webs all up around the sky light too.

The cabin was comfortable, however we were in a dual cabin (shared wall and verandah) with young children beside us which made a quiet Sunday sleep in almost impossible after a night out. On the plus side, the air con in the loungeroom area worked great, so did the fridge. But a ceiling in bedroom would have been ideal in the hot conditions of the North Coast of NSW.. Some of the lights throughout the cabin did not work, leaving the bedroom and loungeroom fairly dimly lit.
Overall, a good experience nice park, well maintained outdoors, lovely staff, and we will definitely stay again.

One bedroom cabin well maintained had most of what you would want only complaint would be the bed had awful roll together good job I like my wife!! The pans could do with a better clean but other than that a nice comfortable place to stay nice and quiet. Staff were nice and friendly

The cabin was perfect for myself and my two children. It was so nice and clean and beautifully decorated. The swimming pool was always immaculate, and there was no riffraff in the park, which is important when travelling with children. Only downside is of course the noise from the highway which is close and the couple of flooded cabins that are still on site, but neither of this was a huge concern to us. Definitely returning.
