Excellent location older hotel, excellent owner, Jerry. Good place to sleep shower and get cleaned up, needs a little more amenities, like towels and utensils for the kitchenette. Everything worked..ice cold air-conditioning ceiling fan for those hot humid days. We had a view, could see the ocean from the balcony. Would stay here again

Everything was fantastic! Family is super accommodating...had a slight problem with shower, but they fixed it immediately...clean, cold AC...beds Ok...perfect location for getting around the island. Will definitely reccommend this very cost effective hotel to friends!! Nothing fancy, but worth every peso!!! Gracias Geraldo!!

It is a very beautiful place very close to the water and beach. Was in a very comfortable room and there was plenty of service when needed. Great location to the action as well

Excellent place in a very good location within Isla Mujeres. All of the touristy areas are within walking distance, and if you want to rent a golf cart, you can do that within walking distance as well. The room was spacious and included everything we needed.

All was wonderful. The family that owns and operates the hotel are very accommodating. My sister and I would highly recommend the Francis Arlene to all looking for a great place to stay while visiting Isla

The Hotel was very cheap, so from that point of view I didn’t expect to much from it. You get what you pay for, and this was true for this Hotel as well, but I guess I’n a positive manner.
The Hotel was walking distance from the harbour where the ferry’s departure from, and also a short walking distance from the north beach, which is fantastic.
So all in all I am pleased :)

The staff was very friendly, make sure you take your own wash cloths, they are not provided. Excellent patios!! Our room could have used some definate updating, because i did see room across from us.

My air conditioner and tv quit on my first night. I had to spend the entire day on Thursday for air conditioner man. I usually stay somewhere else, but they had no rooms. I believe this hotel is a little overpriced. No glasses in room, no shampoo, and only 2 towels for whole stay.

We loved this place. They family who rums it lives on site and all of the resisdents we met made us feel like family. older hotel and very quaint, not fancy and maybe not for some, but we loved it so. Our first trip to the island was enhanced by our stay here. Certainly part of the overall neighborhood.

Good little hotel.staff were very friendly.they were not busy and gave us our room really early. Very clean. No hairdryer,even to borrow and an annoying drip in the bathroom were the only drawbacks. Great location

Excellent staff, Close to downtown and all the shops the only negative to the whole stay was the mattress in the room was like sleeping on a rock

I initially booked just one night but booked one extra night. Very relaxing place. My room overlooked the garden courtyard with the trippy lighting. Has a very Mexican feel with the decorations etc. Staff were good.

Everything was great. The only thing I didn't like were the water marks/stains running down all the walls in my room. I don't know why they don't get someone to wash the walls down

The front desk staff went out of their way to help us with whatever came up during our 15 night stay.

Staff was great, Location is perfect, Linens filthy and mattresses are brutal. Rooms are a good size and had a TV and a fridge so those were bonuses. No hot water all four days. No wi-fi in room. Was advertised as 3 double beds were only two. Purified water provided bring your own vessel so you can refill.
