I wouldn't recommend staying on floor one. If there are people gathering in the lobby at night its really loud and hard to sleep. Other than that, its an ok place to stay and convenient to the campus

I reserved a double queen room, checked in and went to our room and it was a ADA single king room. Was told they were fully booked and they could do nothing to give me the room I actually reserved.

The gentleman working the front desk checked us in but didn’t bother to give us instructions re: location of elevators or other info re: hotel. Seemed preoccupied with what he was listening to as he had his earbuds in.

We left our room for an outing hadn't checked out because it wasn't check out time. Came back to our room to a guy in our room who said he was maintenance. The man quickly left there was no reason to be in our room we had no issues. He should have never entered the room with our stuff in it. Will not stay here again.

The exterior of this hotel is 5-star, but the interior is a 4-star It’s fairly clean but shows wear. Restrooms and sheets felt clean. Carpet needs to be cleaned. Breakfast is a little slight. Overall is a 3.5.

There was remodeling going on and there was alot of trash/debris left behind on the hallways also there were lose pieces of tile in our bathroom

Property was in a very convenient location for us. However, that was the only positive aspect of the property. The property was poorly kept and unclean, had an odor that seemed to emit from various sources throughout the floor and room. The sleeper sofa was stained, tattered and worn and the sheets were worn and should have been replaced sometime ago; sheets were so worn it felt like sleeping in sandpaper. The final coup d’etat was when someone entered our room using a different room key!!!

Great hotel. Even though we were only in the room from 6:00 am to 11:00 am on the morning of the 13th, we enjoyed the rest after a 25 hour drive! Very clean, comfortable bed and great staff!

Great place!!! Checkin was quick friendly and seamless. Room is clean and modern with a renovated feel. The whole establishment is VERY well maintained. Definitely will be back!

It seems like a new hotel. I really appreciate the fact that they let us bring our little kitten in her container and the pet fee was very reasonable. We enjoyed our stay, and the location was very easy because you could get on and off the highway quickly And it was a short distance to A&M. We will stay here again. PS. the nail salon next-door is superb!
