The room was small and dark. No overhead lighting. The location was perfect. The beds were comfortable and after 9 PM it was very quiet.

Juniior suute was tatty and cramped. Wallpaper ripped off: shower tiles missing: cracked sink. Breakfast chaotic with not enough space for all their guests to easikt get and enjoy breakfast. Some guest having to share tables with strangers. This was no luxury experience.

I would highly recommend this unique hotel! Included daily breakfast was a huge spread! The hotel is centrally located and we walked to everything because it’s the best location close to everything!

I really wanted to love this boutique style hotel. Great location, friendly, helpful staff and we appreciated the hearty breakfast included with our stay. The room itself was underwhelming and small even by European standards and even though we upgraded. No storage space meant having to live out of suitcases and missed having a door separating the toilet from sleeping space.

A lovely little hotel with a superb breakfast buffet, friendly helpful staff, perfect location. The bathroom, while totally modern, was a bit inconvenient (from an experienced traveler's point of view). But that's minor. I'd stay there again.

Great location, wonderful friendly staff, amazing breakfast. Two problems: the air conditioning didn't really work (staff person said "It's weak.") and bathroom was designed with almost no privacy. Anyone using the glass-enclosed shower is fully visible to someone coming in the door to the room because there is no door to the bathroom itself. The glass shower is screened from someone in the bed area. The toilet room does have a door but it is fully clear glass, so anyone using the toilet is exposed to anyone else walking by the bathroom. Weird!

Apart from that the hotel is okay, the breakfast nice, everything is nearby, and the tram from and to the airport is cheap and within a short walking distance.

This hotel had the perfect location and was walkable to many main attractions a visitor would want to see and do. If your destination requires a taxi there is a taxi stand across the street. The bus and rail terminals are a 10 min walk away. Many options for dining are all around. The breakfast was plentiful everyday, im glad i had it to start the day of exploring. For me, this was the perfect spot to land for 5 days in Bergen.

Great staff and a good breakfast. Reasonably spacious room. The mattress seemed old and was not particularly comfortable. It was soft with no support. Our main complaint is this-
There was no door on the bathroom! We’ve been together for 40 years. We still prefer to close the door when we poop!

An excellent hotel in a great location. The area immediately surrounding the property is very pleasant and is conveniently located with all Bergen attractions being within easy walking distance. The terminus of the light Railway from the airport is only a few minutes walk away. You really can’t go wrong.
It is clean, comfortable and the staff are so helpful and genuinely friendly. The daily room servicing was efficient and thorough. The breakfast had plenty of choice and was great quality.
We loved Bergen and will probably return. If we do there is no question where we would stay.

We would rate this hotel as perfect except the stuffy room was not perfect. No air conditioning we absolutely can understand, but to not have a window that opens for fresh air was extremely frustrating. We asked for fans, was provided two small fans but we would have loved fresh air, it was warm ans stale in our room at times.

What a wonderful property in a great location in Bergen. From check in until check out, I was impressed by the staff, especially Silvia, at the front desk, as well as all the breakfast staff. The room was comfortable and well equipped, the bed was so comfortable and the shower was awesome. Big windows that looked onto the front of the property and it was all spotlessly clean.
The breakfast was amazing, so many delicious options well presented.
I look forward to another visit to this hotel, it was truly special here.

Just a one night stay on a trip across Norway. Hotel Oleana was clean and comfortable. I couldn't fault the room and the desk staff were very helpful. The hotel is close to all good amenities. It is in the perfect location for exploring Bergen city centre
