Clean, quiet and overall excellent location.

Check in was quick, service was great, no major issues. Just did not like the funky smell on the fourth floor and elevator. Breakfast had some good options, would prefer more fresh fruit for the waffle bar but it was fine with syrup. We enjoyed the suite we stayed in overnight to visit with family and also shop the next day.

The wall in the bathroom had repairs done to it and was very poorly done. The rest of the place looked pretty good but the bathroom sure gave you a trashy feel. I expected a higher quality environment.

Swimming pool has been out of commission for two years and they say they’re waiting on an inspector. Ater has been out of order for weeks with no estimated time of repair.

Mediocre at best. Property may have commanded $$ years ago, but since run down. With limited hotels in the Gallup having enough parking for trucks with trailers, or large vehicles, this is the only reason to stay here. Hotel is LOUD, you can clearly hear your neighbors, and that stable of horses in the room above you. Our stay here was on a Monday and return trip on a Friday. Elevator is out of commission apparently for over a month. We were not given the room we booked and paid extra for because of the elevator being down and our room on the 3rd floor. No compensation for this. We were given a room on the first floor, TV not working and staff had not a clue as why. 3rd room change later. This is a VERY run down property and not worth the close to $200 charged. This is a slight step above Motel 6, not worthy of the Fairfield name. Travel further down the road and find better lodging

The elevator was out of order, milk was spoiled in the morning for breakfast and pool area was not open. Big disappointment with the elevators not working.

Close to the freeway and gas station. Breakfast had plenty of options. Staff was very nice and accommodating

When we got there, the elevator wasn’t working and they had us booked on the 4th floor, but the lady at the desk searched and found us a room on the 2nd floor. She was very apologetic.

Disappointed by the “pet-friendly” policy. When checking in I was surprised to learn there is a $45 per pet/per night fee. When boarding our little dog it costs $30 per night. When I asked what this covers they didn’t know. Not cool and NOT pet-friendly. Hotels.com please REMOVE this hotel from your pet-friendly list as it does not qualify.

The AC wasn’t working at first and was very noisy all night. The tile in the bathroom was cracked and shifted when you stepped on it. The beds were uncomfortable.

We had a great stay while traveling through. Lots of space for parking and walking our dog. Pet friendly and clean! Front desk people were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!!

Our stay was just overnight, but the facility and staff were excellent. The hotel is reasonably new (guess at 2-3 years old), the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was roomy and had large fluffy towels. The breakfast was nicely presented and everything seemed fresh. We would definitely stay in this place again.

Check in was good. I was hoping for tooth brush available but no luck with shaving cream. Otherwise the overnight stay was comfortable. The fridge was not cold. Furniture is very warn or damaged, it was noticeable in the daylight. We liked the charging stations. The lights are too dim. Shower head was not adjustable for us. Just wish there was more regular coffee available for 4 guests. This location does not have the pool available.

Bathroom toilet not flushing Well unfortunately unload everything there and we had to move to another room.
The service was excellent and the best breakfast presentation, food quality was unique.

The staff was excellent! They went above and beyond to help us. The property is well kept and clean. We will stay here again. They are also pet friendly which was extremely helpful to us. Great service.
