I wish this property did some renovations for the amount of money we pay. 1.The holiday where we come in from the pool smells like garbage 2. We had a stained sheet in our room which I think it’s ridiculous. The side bed was full of hair. it’s sad because the location is perfect, and it wasn’t like this 7 years ago when I first stayed here.

Everything was fine until he had to kill 2 water bugs but over all great place great service also the workers were so great that's whats makes it 10x better

Dharma is an absolute pain to deal with as far as customer service. We’ve stayed at this property other times through other apartment providers without incident. I was hounded with emails to extend my stay which we finially decided to extend check out. Then they decided maintenance needed to be preformed so we checked out early and left the keys in the room as instructed on their paperwork. After this I received 4 calls within 90 minutes telling me I needed to checkout telling them all we already had and the keys were on the table as instructed to do. I was told I did not even through we clearly did.

My stay for my 28year wedding anniversary was awesome.. clean room ocean view 2 pools right in the beach..full kitchen washer dryer I was truly amazed.. and since I’m a silver hotels.com member valet parking and WiFi was free.. I come to Miami every year and this was the best so far.. I would love to stay here again

I like the property, everything that I need it was there, Aldo I arrived around 2 pm and the room it was ready , I asked for late checkout and they said yes, my only complaint it not with Dharma, it with a gay that he belie

Excellent! Would definitely recommend BUT a few things to point out: 1) valet - parking was included which is great! But why the valet? Why cant I park my own car? A bit of a hassle with valet and we felt bad running them around if we needed car multiple times a day. 2) no key cards - only 2 sets of keys and you need those RF tags every door! To get into hotel, understandable, but why then for elevator and both garage doors? 3) This is an apartment hotel so no service and you have to wash beach towels. We were OK with that, no complaint just letting people know.

My stay at the Dharma was perfect. I was there in Miami celebrating my birthday and it made my time there seamless and special. The staff was great and the valet staff were friendly & extremely accommodating. I would consider booking again for sure.

Apartment like feeling, not hotel feeling. Room very clean and they provide a vacuum, mop and broom for your convenience. Appreciated the convenience of doing laundry esp after a beach day. Love that the balcony sits over the pool, if you are on the lower floors the trees block your view from the beach. Conveniently located steps away from the beach and it's not very crowded (great for social distancing). Wasn't informed about the nightly parking fee but rate was better a lot of other hotels I've seen.

We were very disappointed about the extreme rudeness of the manager for Dharma suites. When e expressed our dissatisfaction with the dirtiness of the balcony as well as complained about the cockroach, he became extremely abusive, trying to wrongly charge as the additional fees, refusing to reimburse the security deposit while we left the apartment cleaner than we found it. Our balcony has not been cleaned most likely for about 2 months when we checked in. Monte Carlo has other owners that have much better customer service so we are now staying at this same hotel apartments just manages be different management. Dharma lost our business due to the extremely poor customer service. Can you imagine manager threatening us with lawsuits if we post hour honest review? It was such a bad experience. We had to resolve with Expedia to get back our security deposit. The manager tuned our whole day trying to present that there was damage even though we had proof that we left the apartment in perfect condition. Luckily the front desk staff confirmed to Expedia that there was absolutely no damage so we finally received our accidental damage deposit reimbursed. Which manager believe that cockroaches or dirty balcony at check in is acceptable in 4 stars hotel?? Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, he became severely abusive. Please safe yourself headache by booking Monte Carlo with a different management.

The manager was extremely abusive when we complained about cockroaches as well as the severely dirty balcony in the apartment. Instead of addressing the issue or apologizing, he started threatening with the lawsuit if I will post an honest review!! He became aggressive, trying to frighten us that he will charge us for the damages that never happened!!

This was an amazing condo No problems at all The view was breathtaking The front desk was awesome A simply walk and you have pretty much all you need!! Will definitely book again here!!! Love love love

Beautiful views, easy access to the beach great pools, beds are terrible lol other then that I’d visit again.

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed at! The staff was extremely professional and even went out of their way to make sure we could have a late checkout while waiting for our new room. The hotel is clean. Beds are comfortable! The beach is nice. They have free beach chairs, towels, and washer and dryers in the units. Restaurants are walking distance. We will be back soon! Thank you for an amazing vacation!!

The Unit was nice, however; there were no pool towels and we had to wait a while to get them. The gentlemen at the front desk were very nice, but didn't seem to know all of the policies with the rental. Unit was not in the location that we thought and was very expensive. We arrived early and had to wait to check in which was fine, but they charged us to watch our bags which I thought was odd.

Our stay started off with a check in that was less than stellar as they attempted to give us a room that was a category lower than we had paid for. It was very frustrating because the front desk told us our room was 805, but it "had something wrong with it that they needed to fix" before we could get in. For an immediate room, they were going to give us 801, it was smaller and the view was not what I had paid for. The Dharma manager came and said he was going to "do us a favor" and give us a "better room" than we booked. After waiting 1.5 hrs, he gave us 805 - the original room with "something wrong" with it. -NEEDS IMPROVEMENT- -No housekeeping all week and no cleaning products besides sponge, dishwasher pods and a dirty broom -1.5 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, need more? buy your own -1 towel set/person for the week, must wash on your own -Couch is uncomfortable -Not a luxury condo - everything is from IKEA -No hooks to dry towels or swimsuits -Bathroom "amenities" include one body wash and one shampoo -Impossible to bathe children, had to shower both kids (2.5 and 6 mo) due to dirty non-slip mat in tub and affixed glass barrier. -Tile floors are extremely slippery when wet and the bathmat slips right out from under you. - GOOD - TV system Well stocked kitchen Walk to grocery/restaurants Beach toys available at the beach Amazing Valet & staff

nice area I guess the overprice was because of that but the room are not big deal. The beach was dirty. Some of the staff were nice but others not even a good morning. We try to cancel the reservation because of the weather a storm coming up and they denied the refund.

The view was amazing. I did not see the cleaning ladies come in to clean at all. They could have at least mopped the floors in apartments and washed bedding. There was also no free bottled water in rooms as stated in intenerarie. They did provide us with extra towels upon request the next day but we had to supply our own detergent to wash clothes. Very relaxing and beautful view overall.

We had 5 nights in a one bedroom apartment. Apartment was ok, very basic and dated but clean and tidy. This is predominantly a residential complex so the pools and gym were great. Beach access was really easy. The front desk staff looked as if they would prefer not to talk to us. The location is marginal. Not close to anything and area is delapitated with lots of empty wrecked shops. To far to walk to South or North beach and no decent eating places in walking distance. There is a great supermarket about 200m down road. Wouldn’t stay here again.

This was our second time going back to this building. We booked with a different company before, but we were extremely satisfied with our stay with Dharma! We had an issue with our Water temperature and they came up first thing the next morning to fix it. The service was amazing, the place was clean and the view was SUPERB!!!! The area around the building is lacking attractions, but that's what we prefer about it. The beaches are quiet and family oriented, the building is nice and quiet at nighttime instead of the "party," scene of SOBE. We would definitely book with Dharma again in the future!!
