I didn't get to stay because the Baga beach resort cancelled my reservation. After both travelling from 9pm 28/12 from London Heathrow to finally arriving at the hotel 29/12 at 18:30 were both shattered and was tasked with having to source another hotel.An email was sent to me on 26/12 informing me that my reservation would be cancelled in 24hrs if full payment wasn't received but this email found it's way into my junk folder, l was told l was also called but didn't receive any call.The reason full payment was required was because the hotels PDQ machine wasn't working so wanted me to do a bank transfer to secure the reservation which l stressed at the time wasn't my fault, the booking policy stated payment on arrival and if one doesn't show full payment is taken from the card (PDQ machine was operational on arrival) this is standard booking through most hotel's/booking sites.This has been a very stressful time for both of us bringing my partner to tears on arrival to be told we had no reservation, that said they did ring around to source another hotel but this was only after persistence by us that they should do so.

Amazing experience staying at Baga Beach Resort. Superb Atmosphere. Be it the location, view, amenities, room decor, staff, food quality, I give a BIG Thumbs Up!! Highly recommend.

Worst hotel I think I have ever stayed at, any by stay I mean the 3 hours it took us to argue with Expedia and hotel management and then find new accommodations! Location is down what seems like a dirty back alley with disgusting bars and clubs around it, I would never let me wife walk alone here at night! Some how after a terrible arrival experience at 5am, it got worse! Bloody and stained linen, mold throughout bathroom, what looked like blood or other bodily fluids on bedroom wall, disgusting floor and generally unsanitary bathroom. I would expect this from a $40 a night 2 or 3 star hotel but not a hotel that claims to be 4 star and priced closer to the $200 mark! Expedia were next to useless in helping us to try and resolve this matter and we left the hotel! We were told to contact the GM to ask for a refund, still waiting for a response to my email! I’m now taking it up with credit card company! While the pictures look nice and the grounds actually are nicely appointed even though they smell like faeces in the morning, do not stay here! Service and cleanliness leave a lot to be desired and I recommend staying elsewhere! I tried up loading photos but it kept failing!

The property is well located but staff is extremely arogant not at all freindly, had lot of issues with Room A/C, Water Gyser, Tea Pot. Service is poor Breakfas area is not enough.

We had reached the hotel early and since the rooms were full, we could not get a early checkin and thats completely acceptable. However, a few guests checked out at 11:00 am and it took them 2 hours to clean the room and give it to us for checking in and we had to get drenched in rain. Also, the reception staff wasnt that cooperative. Further, the bed is not a king size bed.. it is 2 semi beds joined together and uncomfortable. However, the food is amazing. The location of the hotel is also very good and all the happening places are quite nearby. The property is well developed. The only problem is the pool which is very small and not properly maintained.

Over all hotel (small Resort) is excellent. Beautiful Garden. Wooden look makes it very Nice. Excellent cottages .We enjoyed with childrens. Resort is perfect choice for newly marrieds.Thanks to Expedia.

Polite staff, clean rooms. Some minor problems, bath tub was broken. They overcharged for arranging a flower bouquet and cake (rs 1060) for a regular flower bouquet and a small cake. Service was prompt.

My stay at this location was not great. Good:It is close to titos lane and as such you can walk around to check the food joints and clubs. Property has a 24*7 front desk. Bad:Baga beach does not have serene peace that south goa offers. when we were staying at the hotel, someone went thru our luggage and stole our money. Hotel staff was not able to help even though they claim of room key logs and camera recording as security measure. also, front desk guy was jacking up the prices for all the tours, airport drop-off whatever I enquired about. Overall, I would not stay again at this hotel. For the same amount of money, there are other better options available for me.

Great location with easy access to the beach - literally right across the street from the front gate to the property. The hotel is very nice with private stand alone bungalows along both sides as you walk up the front entry way to the lobby. Then pool view rooms in the back that require a walk upstairs. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The neighborhood is great for location to walk up and down the beach, to walk to the towns of Baga or Calangute. Bunch of nightclubs and restaurants just around the corner. I would stay here again.

What an amazing hotel. Truly the best in Baga. Warm friendly check in, clean and spacious rooms, awesome restaurant and breakfast, incredibly clean and well maintained.

I enjoyed my stay at BAGA BEACH RESORT. all the facilities were upto the mark and there services are also excellent. the location of the hotel was beautiful and the best resort to stay in baga.
