Lovely place with friendly hosts. Room was quite small, but that was our choice and not a problem for us.

Could hardly have been more pleasant in every way not least the outstanding breakfasts and excellent hostess. Superb surroundings with museums and visual attractions of all kinds within easy reach. Highly recommended.

Great hosts and breakfast

We stayed at The Foundry Masters House for 2 nights. We were welcomed by Danny who suggested we reversed our car in to make an easier exit. A very wise suggestion. Our room was the smaller of the three bedrooms but we benefited from the morning sun. There was a large wardrobe with plenty of hangers & a comfy double bed. The garden was delightful with lots of colourful flowers & shrubs ( Danny’s handiwork). Dawn was the chef and her food was first class. The choice of menu was equally amazing for breakfast, lunch & evening meals. We are now on a diet having eaten so much sumptuous food. The facilities were also very good, the shower was huge & powerful & there were thoughtful touches like shampoo, conditioner & body wash. A hair drier & illuminated mirror were provided. Tea, coffee etc & electric kettle were provided too. Dawn also loaned us an OS map & suggested various walking routes. Ironbridge Gorge has lots of museums & you can purchase a museum pass to visit all museums. The surrounding areas are steeped in history are well worth a visit. The world’s first iron bridge was built here by Abraham Darby. The iron & steel works are now closed down.. Highly recommend The Foundry Masters House & surrounding countryside.

Amazing property in a stunning location. The property was a short walk to Ironbridge itself which had a good array of shops and restaurants to choose from. The property was also not far from two of the Ironbridge gorge museums and The Furnace bistro/restaurant. Our room was cosy and well decorated with a comfy bed and lovely ensuite shower. It was well equipped with kettle, hairdryer and fan. Our hosts were really friendly and gave us some good local tips and knowledge of the area during our stay with them. Breakfast was really delicious with a good amount of choice. Will definitely be staying here again when visiting this area.

A very comfortable stay with friendly hosts. Stayed in for an evening meal on our first night and it was excellent. Breakfast also was really good with fresh fruit and good quality full English breakfast.

Great location a few minutes walk from Ironbridge. Breakfast almost too much to handle and delicious too. Hosts very friendly and welcoming and everything about the facilities explained fully at check in.

Excellent guesthouse close to the centre of Ironbridge. Quiet, comfortable rooms, exceptionally clean. Great breakfasts, very large and very tasty.

We enjoyed our one night stay at The Foundry Master's House - impressive bathroom, and we felt very welcomed. Chatting over the excellent breakfast was enjoyable and the smell of cakes being cooked was delightful. Would highly recommend.
