The staff here were all very attentive and quick. The hotel looks older than 10 years old, and could use some renovation here ans there but it does meet your basic needs.

The property is clean, thoughtful design, and conveniently located. Staff members are friendly and helpful.

Exceptional staff, very friendly. Close to much entertainment ( restaurant, bar, walking along river, coffee shop, etc) modern facility that is presentable for business professionals to meet for meal/drinks. The rooftop pool great for relax with its bar and meal service. Have stayed in many other hotel in city but this is truly best.

Have stayed here a number of times and have always had excellent service. The rooms are large (I like the double) and has a great breakfast and pool area (with shade from the sun!!).

My second time staying here...the staff is very friendly...nice gym...rooftop bar...spa..pool steam room amd jacuzzi. Walkable to central market and shops. Lots of dining options nearby

Reception is run like a prison camp. Checking in is a miserable experience where you are told what you can't do, and where their system doesn't seem to take credit card deposits. If you make it past reception without blowing up, the room was good and there is a small gym and pool on the roof.

Sun & Moon is a real urban hotel. Clean and colourful. Staff members at the front desk are very friendly and efficient. I must mention Silklyn. She managed my check in process so smoothly and efficiently, I was amazed. They have a very good air-port transport service as well. I enjoyed my stay in Sun & Moon.

Sun and Moon is always awesome. The staff is amazing, the prices are perfect and it is right down the street from my favorite bar in the world "Secrets". I couldnt ne happier!

Very close to night-life no Money on taxis

This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. It’s in a great location as you can walk to a lot of sight seeing locations and markets. At night, with a lot of bars on the street, there was a lot of activity… some good , some not so good. Overall, nice hotel with great service!

Good Location for Bar hopping

I liked being in the heart of Phnom Penh amongst the action with a great variety of bars and places to eat. It is hot but cannot do anything about that and the staff are a credit to the hotel. I will for sure be back again this year. Thank you

Spa facilities need to be updated, showing their wear and tear.

It’s ok but there are a lot of unnecessary hassles in Cambodia and I’m not sure if it’s really the hotels fault but if this country wants more tourism they need to make it better for tourists to visit

Nice to be here , Beautiful Hotel , I loved everything in the hotel, staff are very good . Breakfast was nice, Phnom Penh city love it .Everything was fine for me but until when I was walking on the street one of the motorcyclist snatched my gold chain and gone. Government must work hard to protect those innocent tourists and also We have to be careful when walking and eating outdoors, keep your mobile , bags and no ornaments on you . This is my experience at Phnom Penh.

A good value option at the heart of the old city. Not for the feint hearted, the area around the hotel is challenging in one of the oldest areas. The facilities in the hotel are good particularly the sky bar, pool & spa, breakfast is average not particularly good value.

The basic room AC was just okay, however would recommend upgrading to next level room, very much worth the little extra per night

Excellent service all around, especially up in the pool deck area. Room was very nice. For me was excellent value for the money. Head over to Bassac Street for some great restaurants and bars, with a couple of clubs for late nighters.

A really great hotel right in the heart of Phnom Penh and not far from the riverside. I’ve stayed there before and it was my only choice for my second visit to Phnom Penh.

Beautiful breeze runs thru hotel because of architecture. Great vu from pool. But no CNN or CNBC on tv

Great location if you want to enjoy the nightlife. Funk, cool room decor and good facilities (gym/pool). Very good.

The suite was spacious and clean. Aircons worked well. The Could 9 bar was excellent too. Service was prompt.

Overall, the hotel is nice. The front desk staff was very welcoming and pleasant. It’s in a busier area so it can definitely be loud. We didn’t mind and it was close to places we enjoyed going, but if you’re looking for something quiet, this isn’t it. The reason for the poor review, our money was stolen out of the safe. We checked out and left in a hurry to catch a bus to our next destination. We realized it and came back within 30 min of checking out. They let me back in the room and when I went to put in my code, it kept saying there was an error which I thought was weird, but again I was in a rush. Someone from maintenance came in and opened the safe and I grabbed my bag and left. When I got in the bus, I opened my bag and saw all my money was gone. I was upset and wasn’t expecting to get it back, but wanted to bring it to their attention. The manager showed us security footage of a staff member going into our room within the 30 min time frame we were gone, but said it couldn’t be him cause he’s been working there a couple years. Then proceeded to tell me I must’ve went to a massage parlor and had it stolen else where. He then asked me why I would keep my money in a safe, as if that’s not what a safe is for. We also had left a tip for the maids and I noticed that the money we left on the counter was gone, yet the video never showed maids going into clean the room, just that one guy. Anyhow, if you decide to stay here, just keep your valuables in a locked suitcase.
