Although an older property, the rooms were incredibly comfortable and clean! The beds were very pillowy and comfortable! If you like a hard bed, you probably wont like these! The breakfast was simple, mainly cereal or oatmeal. The night worker was very friendly and even provided us eith extra pillows. My only dislike was the morning front desk. They were a bit short and need to work in their customer service. Overall though a comfortable stay at a great price.

Friendly staff, well maintained and clean room

Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Extra pillows and towels already in room. Shower was not sealed properly and tiles were loose on bathroom floor which made for a wet, slippery mess! Definitely needs a bathroom overhaul. WiFi or TV didn’t work at all, possibly due to storm before our arrival.

We were just passing through and needed a place to stay for the night. Wish we could have stayed for a few more days in this friendly, spacious inn. Wow! The layout of our room gave us so much space! We loved the decor and fountain as we arrived! The pool was a bit cold, but it was outside for a warmup. The beds were sooo comfortable! We also had so much room in our bathroom area. There was plenty of space to put luggage, clothes, and backpacks!! We would highly recommend this very livable inn. The price was very reasonable, also.

Comfortable stay

Very kind receptionist. Room are adequate. But there is not enough parking. I have stayed here twice and had a hard time finding a spot to park.

Our room had a functional kitchen, separate bedroom and dining table. We thought it was good value overall.

I accidentally booked this room for the day before we intended to arrive. When we got there late in the evening, they did not have a reservation for us since it was the night before and we were no shows. They had already charged us for the night we missed, but they gave us a room and didn’t charge us for the second night. I thought that was very impressive and empathetic of the staff.

The WiFi was good and secure. The linens and bathroom were clean. However, the furniture was sticky. The bathroom door didn’t fit correctly, hard to close and then hard to open. Couldn’t sleep because of the weird swooshing sound.

Conveniently located between Moab and Flagstaff. A nice rest stop.
