All of the staff was very nice , the hotel was very clean! It was a short distance from PNC park convenient shop and food options .

We had a great stay. The suite was clean and spacious. Location was in walking distance to Target to get necessities such as water and snacks.

The hotel was beautiful

The included breakfast is full fare, with an omelette station and a good variety of breakfast items, not just a box of cereal and a pop tart! Bed was excellent. Plug access for electronics were conveniently located. Phone key app worked great. Heart of downtown with plenty of restaurant choices nearby, along with some shady looking street people as you find in most cities.

Huge gorgeous rooms right down town

The hotel stay was wonderful. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We were able to walk most everywhere we needed during the day, if you are good with getting 8-10 miles of walking in! The hotel is located in an area that a couple of our late night/early morning drivers said is not a great part of town, but we truly had no issues (except don’t go walking about at night). Would return here if ever back in Pittsburgh!

We had a 20th floor suite with a beautiful view of downtown and the distant hills, etc. The suite was roomy and comfortable. Two faucets and two drains needed attention, which was promptly handled and worked well during the remainder of our two-night stay. A shower handle was also loose, but we neglected to mention it. Breakfast and the evening drink/appetizers time were both plentiful. Several in our party had made-to-order omelets, eaten to rave acceptance. It was busy at the front desk when we arrived late Saturday afternoon, so staff was busy and rather brusk. But several other stops at the front desk during the weekend were pleasant/helpful experiences. We were in the city for a Sunday game at PNC Park, which was a great experience: close game and a Pirates win. Check-out was easy, too. I had difficulty accessing the Hilton website. I kept getting logged-off before I could get any information about my Hilton Honors account.

The views from our room were amazing! Everyone was helpful and very friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

If not from big cities, very hard to find the property. Parking garage is a bit sketchy, but was cheap for the stay. Hotel is beautiful inside, you do have to go to the 25th floor to check in, and there’s only two working elevators. The two elevators are my main complaint, waited 25 minutes and everyone that stopped was full, had to walk down 20 flights of stairs to check out on time 🤓

What a strange hotel this is. The registration desk is on the 25th floor of the building, and the signage directing you to it is less than prominent. Aside from this, the hotel is fine, the room spacious and comfortable, and the location is great for anyone doing just about anything in Downtown Pittsburgh. Our only real complaint is about the valet parking service. These people are pretty incompetent. We had to go looking for someone to park our car despite the fact that we were standing on the sidewalk next to our car in full view of the desk. I guess the man staffing the desk had more important business to attend to.

We found the old architecture and elements around the building charming. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed how quiet the hotel was. It is a prime location for exploring the different areas of downtown.

Lovely views of the unique buildings!

If you like a clean room don’t stay here!!!! Yes the location is great but that’s where it ends. For the money I paid a the cleanliness of the room, horrible. We were a party of 4 adults there for a birthday trip. We got back to the room late. An realized how dirty the room was. The pull out couch not clean the sheet hair on them. Carpet dirty, the sink still had coffee in it. So it was 11:30pm so late. We got moved after a staff member checked the other room to make sure it was clean. NOT, we found food, a lot of dust an even an eye mask near the pillow area of the mattress. The pull out again was dirty a the floors were gross. You also have to check in on the 25th floor so that was a little inconvenient in some ways. I have stayed at better for less money.

It was really nice stay, the only negative was that the air conditioner didn't always want to blow cold air, but we took turns turning it off and back on. The made to order omelet station is awesome!

Very conveniently located in the center and to many areas to walk for food or see things. It was very cool being in an old building. Room was spacious for a suite.

I’ve stayed at Embassy Suites in other cities, but the Pittsburgh location didn’t compare. Front desk staff was not friendly, the bar was VERY understaffed, although the bartender did his best. The front desk is on the 25th floor and i wandered the entrance of the building trying to figure out where to go, the valet guys did not say anything. Just a weird set up with no info or signage. And the area around the hotel was super sketchy. Room was decent, but I’ll never stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Pittsburgh and had an overall positive experience. That said, the hotel’s location is still convenient for accessing downtown Pittsburgh and its attractions, especially if you have a vehicle or plan to use rideshares. In summary, if you’re looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service in Pittsburgh, the Embassy Suites is a great choice. Just be aware that the neighborhood isn’t the best, so plan accordingly for your outings.

What a great experience I have no complaints

Loved our stay. Room was spacious and clean, we had an awesome view and we greatly appreciated the free breakfast. Location was close to PNC stadium and lots of other attractions and restaurants. Parking was also easy; while we didn’t do valet, the parking lot was very close by and easy to find a spot. Highly recommend!

Staff in dining very rude. Met with room service, said good morning, no respond. Room was not cleaned for three days. Ask for clean towels one night they never brought it to us. During breakfast, I was in line to get some omilet for breakfast , the guy told me he was finished for the day. We ask for help with our l’otage cause the house keeper mistakenly threw away our siren wrap, but they won’t help us. This is the worst hotel me and my family have ever been to. I’m sorry to put it this way, but it was our experience.

The Embassy Suites in Pittsburgh is very nice. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the hotel is conveniently located in Downtown. When first trying to check in, however, no one was tending the desk, and I was standing out there for over five minutes before someone came out to help.

Check in process was very easy and smooth. I was able to get my room early which rarely happens anymore. The room was really clean and spacious.
