Very nice location for visiting downtown Leon; what we disliked is that we did not spend the prescribed time since we were delayed by the airline volaris.....

The hotel was clean & nice. The beds were a bit too hard to my liking, but not terrible. Close to tourist areas, I still used Uber (very inexpensive rides $1.50-2.0 dlls). Car garage safe & easy to park.

The hotel is centrally located and walking distance to main tourist attractions in Leon (El Centro, Expiatorio, Estadio Leon) and nightlife (Calle Madero, La Calzada). You can take an Uber for no more than $5 USD to main malls since it's much quicker. The room and bathroom were clean and their breakfast was just enough to get you up in the morning (coffee, bread, fruit). The only issue I had at the beginning of my week-stay was that I had to go through the lobby to reactivate my room card (it would expire every 4 hours) and wi-fi is really non-existent. I don't like them to use "nearby construction" as an excuse. All-in-all it is a nice small hotel, priced reasonably and I would stay here again!

The attitude of the employees, we asked for extra towels and they say the hotel was full and there was no more, they kept calling as while we were sleeping in the morning because they wanted to clean the room, no water in the morning to shower

Good little budget hotel. Very small room, but clean, modern and quiet (I asked for one out the back). I just needed it to sleep and was out all day, so it was fine for me. Clean and new bathroom. The staff was was very helpful, bringing me extra water when I asked for it and being very friendly. Breakfast was decent with fresh fruit, cereal and toast, tea/coffee and juice. Hotel is a budget friendly choice close to the Guanajuato airport. There's also parking, which is a plus for being close to the parochia.

The room is so close that I was have problem for my breath No window open, only air condition, it was so dry

My boyfriend and I stayed here for over a week and we had an amazing experience. The staff treated us really good, and the hotel was close to everything we wanted to visit. I would definitely come back!

Overall experience was not bad; staff was attentive and the location is in close proximity to the leather district and the Plaza. However, the WiFi service is not reliable. The hotel has at least eight Wifi networks but the connection is very poor. The water drainage in the shower is very slow and it feels like you're standing in a pool of water while showering.

This hotel could not be beat for the price, Rooms were extremely clean, complimentary coffee and 2 bottled waters every day in your room including most services provided at US hotels such as a hair dryer, ironing board and iron , cable TV etc. Included in the room was a wall mounted AC unit which was great to have as Leon can get very warm sometimes and the location was perfect! Lopez Mateos is a main artery of Leon and provides a quick path in and out of the city and to all nearby neighborhoods and markets. Sheets were extremely clean and the beds were comfortable although I would warn you that at night the main street can be a bit noisy. I did not get to try the breakfast in the morning (would visit my uncles taco cart instead ) but I did try out the gym which only has 2 treadmills, a stairmaster and some freeweights which was enough for a couple impromptu workouts that I put in. This hotel also has a fairly secure parking lot , at night they close the doors and only the front desk can open it, had no problem with security in the lot. Overall , I have absolutely no complaints, they were polite and take Mastercard , they even held my luggage while I visited Guanajuato and San Miguel De Allende, for $31 a night, Its unbelievable.
