One suggestion, the mattress would slide off the platform occasionally, perhaps put a small rail on the front side to prevent that .

Fitted sheets had multiple stains different colors on both beds. Burn holes all over sheets and blankets. Desk people not knowledgeable on customer service. Refused to give me more towels only had 2 bath towels and 1 wash cloth in the room

So I made reservations for 2 separate rooms last month, paid for 2 rooms last month, arrived at scheduled time to check into 2 separate rooms and owner/manager said I only reserved and paid for 1 room. I showed him my receipt for 2 rooms and he said NO. So I was required to pay for 4 days I had already paid for

Even though getting a "non-smoking room," ALL the rooms in this motel are filled with smoke and pot fumes. ALL blankets have cigarette burns on them in all rooms. Disgusting motel that ought to be shut down by state inspectors.

Went for a friends party and it was raining and this was the nearest place we could find to stay. There were holes on the door like someone had a fight in the room. The blankets were burnt by cigarette (maybe) the toilet was not washed. Had to do it myself. The towels looked like it was left overs by the previous visitors. There were cub webs on the ceiling.

The area itself is quiet. The room was a great size and so was the bathroom. The tub itself was a tad beaten up and the shower pressure wasn’t strong. The bed was a bit hard but overall was clean, and cozy.

Ok for flopping. The bed covering in my non smoking room had burn holes. The room was just tired, needing subfloor repairs and shower repairs. As I said it’s a place to flop , sleep, get going on your day. Nothing terrible, but If I were traveling with a female companion, she might have a different view.

I felt very uncomfortable there, no microwave, no fridge, no working phone, even though we rented a smoking room, we didnt smoke in the room, dont
like the way it smells, we were desperate for a room so i took what they had available for the price, you get what you pay for, the blankets had holes in it, and the beds weren't made very well, the shower leaked from both ends of the fauset. The room was clean though. I just won't ever stay there again. Oh and they couldn't give a receipt because they had no more ink and told me they would email me on and never did.

The room was dirty and rundown, the power and water went out and didn't come back on, and the staff was non responsive, didn't notify guests, offer them any water to drink or offer to relocate them. They say it wasn't their job to do anything. Can't get in touch with general manager, front desk with just doesn't answer the phone or always says that the general manager will be there the following day. Whatever you do STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

There are no amenities at this property, not even coffee. The room was somewhat"clean enough" but the bed covers had several holes in them! The towels were rough as if they had been washed too many times and were ready for the garbage. A hole in a wall of the bathroom needs repair. The tub creaked as if it was going to fall through the floor. We've stayed at places for the same price that were nothing like this property.

There was poop all over the bathroom when we arrived, trash from previous person, towels smelled like they were never washed, sheets were disgusting. Roaches everywhere, they moved us to another room and the second day there was no running water and the guy screamed at me when I asked for my money back so we could go stay somewhere decent and I had to call corporate. They also ripped all the smoke detectors out of the walls and only wires were there. Still waiting on a refund

One lady at desk we went to for towels and toilet paper was very rude for no reason. I felt bad for her disability but treat me as I treat you. We stayed 3 days and really needed the fridge/micro. Also, the actual toilet seat was broke and the cover was on the floor. Room 129

Very run down. Had a non-smoking room and as soon as you open the door, you could smell marijuana. Cracked toilet seat in the bathroom. Very run down.

Room 102 needs attention, Bathroom grout is 30 % moldy, the water had to run for 5-10 min to get generally warm, the drain stop is weird so the water went down slowly leaving your body dirt floating with you. Late check in so fell asleep right away.discovered when getting ready next morning, ... this stay should be reimbursed.... unacceptable bathroom.

I never got fresh towels for my stay luckily i had bought a towel with me from home & i even asked the cleaning lady for 2 towels & 2 washcloths. I gave her my used cloths but no fresh ones in return.

Worst property I’ve ever stayed in Holes in walls, bugs crawling around, mold in tub, broken toilet, hazardous material on bathroom door. Pitiful

I wanted a cheap hotel so I wasn’t too picky over the details. My main complaints are that the bed was pretty beat up and lumpy, and the upstairs neighbors were banging around a lot. The location was a little seedy, but that’s why it was cheap. Overall I got what I wanted and paid for.

The staff person who was on duty could barely speak English. The tv did not work. The room was so unkempt that I moved to another two doors down. TV still didn't work. The only good thing was that there was hot water.

it's 5/24 and ive been heresince 5/21, and NOT one time has anyone changed my linen. Go and ask for more towels and cleaning lady cant even give me back what i turned in.

There’s no sugar coating it - you do get all the basics (a bed with somewhat fresh linen, a working sink, toilet, shower/tub, lights, and tv) however your room might have a stagnant smell - there might be visual damages around the room(mostly out of view) - don’t expect too much now is all I’m saying.

The room was filthy, towels had hair on them like they hadn’t been properly cleaned, smoke burns on the comforter, only one pillow on one of the beds, beds not supportive or comfortable, no fridge or microwave as advertised. Very disappointed in this stay
