We chose this hotel for our 1 night stay before the start of a cruise, based on the reviews of the club rooms/amenities. The club lounge and pool were lovely. Service upon checkin was excellent and the room was great. However, we did get a chance to see the standard rooftop pool which was nowhere near the calibre of the club level pool (maintenance needed, bar/restaurant closed/felt tired.) The hotel is directly across from an mrt station but not close to much else. (Ex: gardens by the bay, marina bay boardwalk, main shopping centres etc.) Overall we were happy with the quality for the price and the excellent club level facilities. Addition note: as we were experiencing significant jet lag we did not remember/want to eat dinner until much later in the evening (approx 9pm.) We asked for recommendations from the concierge and ended up on a very disappointing wild goose chase for an establishment with an open kitchen. Ended up eating at an extremely overpriced mediocre bar that was the only place open that accepted credit cards. (Vs local currency or payment app). Make sure to eat before 9pm! Singapore is an incredible place and we can’t wait to come back.

Its very convenient location, near Mrt Tanjong pagar. Room is big n clean.

Great Hotel, wonderful rooms, book the Club Level, the Pool and free Drinks are worth the money

I recently did a staycation here at the Downtown branch of Oasia Hotel and was very satisfied with my stay. The room was spacious, clean and well-fitted. The view from the room was also great. Staff at the concierge was also extremely professional and friendly. Finally, the location is perfect, just a two-minute walk from the Tanjong Pagar MRT which connects you to all the popular locations. Will definitely come back for another stay.

The hotel is in a brilliant location and right by Tajong Pagar metro station. We loved being able to walk into Chinatown and the city. We were a bit disappointed in the mattress, we both woke up in the morning quite sore which wasn't an issue we had at any of our other hotels. The only other we had was that we paid to upgrade to a slightly more deluxe room (not a club room) and the only additional perk seemed to be it was on a higher floor which we went for to get a great view but instead had a view of another building and a construction site so I wouldn't pay that extra again! Otherwise a nice, clean hotel with good customer service.

Beautiful hotel. The staff were all very friendly and went above and beyond in every aspect. Fantastic location. Very impressed.
