I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the main downtown area on foot. We have a one-year-old baby, and the tatami room was the best choice for us. It provided a comfortable and safe space for our little one to play. The small onsen was also a great addition, very useful and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The hotel location is excellent, shopping and eateries are just round the corner. Room is clean and decent, though the parking is quite expensive for guest, would appreciate a better rate for guests staying there.

Lack of professionalism by accomodation employees. The person at the parking is yelling at you to move your car out, while you're loading your bags to your car. I do not recommend this hotel, as there are many good hotels surrounding this area.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, able to communicate in English, quick check in and out. The only problem is the public bath is very crowded at night. Just a few minutes to shopping centres.

Everything was within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was good especially for the early risers as most places didn’t open until 9 at the earliest.

I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children and got a room of 2 single bed and 1 sofa bed. While I don't mind sleeping on the sofa, the sofa bed is of poor quality and doesn't justify this room rate. The breakfast is good though.

Lovely hotel in a very convenient spot in Sapporo.
The staff were fantastic - my partner was sick and the receptionist literally spent 50 minutes on the phone to find us a same-day appointment with an English-speaking doctor.

Safe has a problem which cannot be opened occasionally. We needed to call staff to override to open it. Please check and maintain regularly. Nonetheless, the overall quality of the experience in this hotel is good.

Fantastic location, several mins walking distance to Odori station and the shopping areas. Overall a great experience but the hotel offered only one size of pillow which was quite flat… beds were firm and “hard” to a certain extent… In general, it’s a great place to stay in Sapporo!

Room is spacious and clean, good value.We booked the Japanese style room and like it a lot. Location is convenient, and not directly next to the big shopping road so you get a bit of quietness from the noise on the road which is nice.
The hot spring shower is spacious and nice, excellent amenities.
The only complain I have is that even though there are there lifts, sometimes it takes ages to wait for one. I think it’s because the hot spring is on the lower floor so if guests want to use it, the lift must go all the way up and take them down, which waste lots of time.
Other than that, everything is nice.
