Loved it and will stay there again!

The room I was given (room 4) was pretty dated. The bathroom was especially out of date. There's a lot of noise here from the busy road outside. I got a really good price, so I didn't complain. The bed was comfy, and the mini fridge worked well. The pool was nice and seemed to be well maintained. The beach is about a 3/4 mile walk, so you can walk to the beach from here to avoid paying for parking. Overall, I was happy with this stay for what I paid (less than $100 a night). If the price was higher, I probably would've went somewhere else.

Shower was not short friendly, toilet took 3 or more flushed to go down, stains on carpet, bed was very stiff and noisy, had to ask for towels every night, the last night was told they were not going to make a special trip to give towels, there was no filter in the window ac unit and it had an inch of dust on it (I have bad allergies), window was broken and could not close or lock it , screen door would not stay closed and would flop in the breeze, bricks to porch were not secure and tripped a few times, dresser was missing the bottom to the drawer, refrigerator was hard to open due to it rubbing on the carpet every time you opened it. The pictures posted on Travelocity were very misleading and I wanted to leave the next day but my husband said no . Please take this as constructive criticism. Best Wishes, The Schrom’s

Hotel had just opened back up has a nice pool good location buildings need some tlc alot.of minor repairs need to be attended to.but i would go back again hopefully they will fix it up a little befote then

While it is clear that some thought was put into the decor of the rooms, the room we stayed in was very small with no curtains on the windows in either the bathroom or bedroom leaving us feeling like we had little privacy. The shower also ran lukewarm. While it met our basic needs for the night, it was a pricey room for the experience

Loved our stay in Cabin #7 so cozy and cute with a loft, hot tub and fireplace with our own private backyard, very quiet and relaxing, we will definately stay here again 😊

It was a bit run down, but it was clean and quiet, and easy walking distance to the beach.

The room what was expected for the price we paid. Checking in created a big mess. The address on the directions brings you to the office which covers more than one hotel. Since the office closed early and we arrived at 730 in the pouring rain we could not see the names on the hotels and went to the one the gps took us to. That started lots of confusion. Along with problems with are credit card information being misplaced, and not to mention when we left we were accused of not returning the keys. Which they later admitted they found. They need to f get their act together.

too expensive for what you get and not in walking distance to the beach. Parking near the beach is $25.00 additional.

Pleasant stopover, staff were accommodating and helpful. As for accommodations, think simple cabin that's been nicely painted. Has fridge, microwave, table - all the basics. Lower comfort rating because the beds were well past their expiration date (creaky "box spring", thin, worn out mattresses). Still, I'd stop here again for a quick stopover.

Nice pool area. The room was a bit dirty and some of the complementary soaps had already been opened.

The staff was wonderful! The room quaint. The pool was clean and fun. The beach was a quick drive just a few blocks away. Also a great little lobster market just a couple blocks the other direction! The only drawback was the room smelled a bit like smoke.

We loved the fenced in backyard to the cabin with private hot tub and fire pit and grill, we enjoyed being close to the pool, and just a short walk to the beach so we were far enough from the noise. The bed was not very comfortable, but otherwise the cabin decor and amenities were great. We will definitely be back!

Dans l'ensemble de cette propriété, il manque un peu d'amour, certaines chambres ne sont pas très bonnes et nous étions dans l'une d'elles, le problème était l'espace de la chambre. Par contre il y a des chambres plus grands et plus de services. Les petites chambres devraient utilisé 2 chambres pour en faire 1 ou les louer pour de très courts séjours

The pool was really nice. Off-street, free parking. 15-Minute walk to the Pier. Those are the highlights. The room was pretty smelly and dirty, and the beds were wildly uncomfortable. Rooms had different appliances available, some have coffee makers, some have microwaves. Will look elsewhere for the next trip.

Unfortuneately the room was not. *No hot water *bathroom door would not close *no trash barrell in room *no blinds or curtains to close on windows *lots of fruit flys or nats came in through the bathroom window even when closed. I would not suggest for a week stay we were in town for quick visit one night but still was not were I would stay again. I would suggest only if in a pinch and need some place to stay for the night I dont usually write a review but stay was not pleasant. Again the owners were great the room was just not for us.

Our cabin was not ready at check-in time; the manager stated she couldn't remember cleaning it in the AM and would clean it in 20 minutes so come back then. She had NOTHING in-hand (cleaning supplies, linen, etc.) and when we got back, it did not smell nor look clean (the floor was dirty and there was half eaten chicken in the fridge). She also tried to get us to pay twice for the 1st half of our stay, saying Ortbitz didn't send payment. Overall, probably wouldn't recommend as it's clear she's only out for money... but a pretty cute motel with a nice pool and nearby everything for what we paid.

From the moment we opened the door I counted the hours til we left. Mold and dirt in bathroom floor corners. No blind or curtain over the bathroom window and the tree outside did not block a possible view from neighbors home. Ceiling tiles were coming apart from ceiling and dirt or grime on the edges. Bathroom wall next to shower was half painted as though someone couldn’t reach the other side. Strange green and gray grime on bathroom sink fixtures. Much more. I took photos and can share should anyone challenge these issues.

The room was Extremely small, you could here everything from the next room, it was definately expensive for what you got .. literally a hole in the wall. Barely enough room for the bed.. Good thing only me and my 8 yr old son..

This property need MAJOR renovations. It is old and falling apart. They should be embarrassed the money they charge.

it kept me off the street for a few nights...sheets/room clean...shower was hot...wall was thin between rooms...somehow not truly a motel room... I’ve stayed in worse for less money...New Englanders are not known for our generosity...

Room was small but since we werent planning on doing anything but sleep in the hotel room it was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone looking for a wellPriced hotel.
