This hotel stay was by far the best we had with the business desk accommodation in the room for my husband’s work he had to do and the friendly staff that loved on our furbabies! We will definitely be staying again.

This property is 5 star! Staff is always super, genuinely friendly. Bedding is exquisite, I slept like a baby! Didn't wake up in time to enjoy the complimentary breakfast but I'm sure it was awesome based on the accommodations!

This room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower water was very hot and had a good pressure. I've stayed there a few times and each time was great. It is very close to many restaurants and shopping. It may be more expensive than some, but I assure you, it's worth it.

Reserved a king suite and we checked in got to room and it was 2 queen beds suite. I called front desk and told them. They said they didnt have any kings left but i was able to reserve one. My husband and i had to sleep separate because im a bigger person. And our 4 yr old had to sleep with me. Yes my son still sleeps with us in a king bed though. They could have told us at check in but didnt even mention it at all not one word. We almost just got our money back and we to the hotel next door. No breakfast and it says free breakfast. Oh and the tub had pubic hair all in it. Yuck!

Breakfast could be improved - breakfast bowl wasn’t available, blueberries and strawberries were already gone and not refilled, nothing was very hot and no microwave to heat something up with. However, the breakfast sandwiches were very good! Oatmeal add-on variety was great, but not always full. More hot tea options would be nice.

Our over all stay was very good. Front desk services were excellent. The only reason why I did not give an excellent score overall was housekeeping does not clean your room or bring towels, or take out the tradh unless they are asked. After being asked; the trash was still left under the sink in the kitchenette and the bed was made beautifully without the fitted sheet. After notifying the front desk; we were brought a fitted sheet, and we had to remake the bed. I would've have minded but after a long day; we were tired and just wanted a shower and bed.

Great hotel. Hotel was clean and decorated nice. Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was ok, I have had better and I have had worse but it was a hot breakfast and the staff kept it stocked well. Will definitely stay here again next year when we are back in this area!

We prefer staying in Home2Suites because they offer 1 suites with a separate bedroom for couples like us who are sleep divorced. This Monroe property is the best one of all the Home2Suites we have experienced thus far. They pay attention to details and it shows. The fire doors close without slamming, the front desk and management are responsive to guest concerns and issues, graciously making things right while making us feel valued. The complimentary breakfast bar is outstanding, very clean with items consistently and quickly restocked as needed. The heated foods are actually remain heated and ready to enjoy. We have planned two road trips with stops in Monroe so that we can stay overnight at this specific Home2Suites. We strongly recommend this hotel!
