The concept of the hotel being in form of two big boats alone strikes up the curiosity to come try it out , and also the fact of they kept it clean and the rooms are spacious enough for the enjoyment, I would definitely recommend this place!

Our stay in “Las Terrenas” was fabulous: the hotel is located in an area which is safe and could see the sea and palms from our balcony; the hotel facilities are really good, our room was massive, clean and with a nice decoration. We booked a room with a balcony and a jacuzzi that was quite old, we did not use it because it was not really attractive but the rest of the stay was fantastic. We do recommend it!

The rooms were spacious, with many amenities. Loved the hot tub overlooking the ocean! Large kitchen area, refrigerator, and table. Close to restaurants and shops. The office/staff responded quickly to any inquiries. Will stay again

Apartment was nice and looks just like the pics online. Clean, pool area was nice and clean as well. The front desk gentleman was very accommodating and pleasant. Location is walking distance from many dining options and beaches. Free breakfast included.
Did not like the walk up to the 3rd floor with luggage but understandable given the hotel style. We were locked out of the entrance to the 3rd floor because the key card wasn't working, and there is no one in the ofc at night, it's closed. A security came to help, he was a little rude but eventually showed up with a key to let us in. Still had a great time, would recommend and stay there again.

the hotel is perfect for a short stay, beautiful, space, and location is perfect.
the only problem I get, was the service at the breakfast, no friendly. it was only 4 tables, the lady doesn't smile, goodmorning and forgot my coffee, I asked 4 times until my boyfriend goes inside after see people who came after us and get the service before us. so after 1 hour I get my coffe but without sorry I'm apologize.

Hallway was extremely dark, the room view was not attractive, the jacuzzi was worn out but the front desk staff was attentive, the room decor and amenities were very good and the bed was comfortable.

I'm staying one night with my girlfriend. We love it, it is very nice and clean and also a good Breakfast. The beach was nice, clean and the people were very friendly. I am looking forward to returning for my next vacation.

Beautiful and spacious rooms. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Once we found the “Komida” app, we didn’t even have to leave the room to get food/drinks. The room is modern and secure. Loved this property.

The Puerto Plaza staff were very helpful. I had a problem using the online check in, but the desk clerk was patient and was able to sort it out.
The only problem we had was that our stay was too short.
Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Beautiful hotel, I would definitely stay there again. Quite noisy though from outside. It was close to a lot of things and you could walk to some parts but we had a car so we drove and it was less than 10 min for everything.

Beautiful hotel with spacious and cozy apartment for room and a sea view of the beach just across the street. If coming to Las Terrenas we highly recommend this property.
