Excellent position

Good location and excellent breakfast

I stayed the hotel for a night. It was so convenient, which locates just in front of Hakata station. The room was spacious and clean. I would come back again.

The hotel is very convenient but the facility is old and only a 2 star in my opinion. It definitely needs a renovation to keep up with other JR hotels.

The hotel is hard to find. It's small and like tokyo inn. But the price is too expensive. It's like a business hotel. Also, the hotel smells bad.

This is the second visit to this hotel. The location is great. Within 5 mins walking distance to Hakata Station.

Our first time in Fukuoka in June, a family of 2 adults, 1 child. Property is in a central location, in the heart of Hakata Station. Taxi ride was 12 minutes after 6pm. Check in process went smoothly although they expected full payment upfront. Being in Japan, room was small BUT the amenities were perfect: nice comfy beds, A/C, good ambient lighting, super quiet at night. They even offered use of a charger! Nice! They had a laundry room/ice station on our floor, so washed clothes night before check out. TIP: Don't wash at night, you'll end up waiting or competing for the machines. Go Jedi and wash early morn. ;) We found some great eats right on the main street or at Hakata Station, and subways are super-efficient. They are GREEN, like how they aim to conserve and use resources wisely. Only complaint: toilet paper too thin but it's normal in Japan. Would stay there again! Definitely.

Very comfortable. Very quiet. Very clean. Very friendly staff at the front desk and all the cleaners as well as the restaurant. I like this hotel because of the city view and the amount of useful storage in the closet and around the room. Also WiFi is fast to use and easy to connect.

This hotel is close to a major shopping mall and the Hakata JR Station (also a stop for the Shinkansen as well). The staff were very friendly and also very accommodating. The rooms were of decent size for Japanese standards. The room looked a little dated, but at least it was clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. When we shipped our luggage to the next hotel, the hotel staff were able to tell us the price, filled out the paperwork for us and let us know when to expect it. They even helped us to put on a fragile sticker on one of our luggage. All we had to do was to pay for the service. I would definitely come back to this hotel again as the experience was great.

Perfect location! close to the main station and subway station, easy to travel and visit other places. Room and restroom size are bigger than expected. Convenient store and pharmacy are just downstairs, which will make your life much easier.
