The hotel was descent, but it was difficult to get to the hotel as it didn’t have a direct road out to the street. The office staff couldn’t call a taxi for us. Thank God somebody else tried to call a taxi for us, but they tried to over charge us for the service. The hotel manager tried to charge me 500 extra pesos for paying with a credit card. I ordered a ceviche from the restaurant, and I got sick. A staff member grabbed my bag from one of the lounge chairs, and he was walking around with it while I was panicking watching him from a distance On the other hand, the price we paid for our room was very affordable. My daughter liked the fact that the hotel sat very close to the beach. The beach was by the way, very clean and beautiful

Hands down the best spot!! Clean, felt safe, location was amazing, and walking distance to the ferry. Best part was the staff, attentive and very kind. I will be recommending all my people to stay here. Pay the extra and get the suite- private balcony / views

Best location in the island

Pleasantly surprised by this quaint small property. Perfect if you are looking for an economical place right on the beach. Room was spacious with a large mini fridge where you could store drinks for the beach, avoiding the expense of drinks at the beachfront properties. Close to all of the local dining.

Nice view and king size bed comfortable. Best oceanfront and ocean views. Loved it. Enjoyed the balcony, fridge, and coffee pot.

Perfect location right on the best beach on Isla Mujeres and reasonably priced. Good clean accommodation and excellent staff.

I loved Chichis and Charlie’s because of the locations being only steps away from the blues of the ocean. There were free lounging areas, and although simple, the free breakfast was enjoyable because of the views. Our room had amazing views being on the third floor, and I will book the same room when we return. For the price, we didn’t expect anything special, and we did get the minimum of things: nice large bed, 2 sets of clean fresh towels, some soap and shampoo, and AC that allowed us to escape the humidity at the end of the day. We slept so well with the AC on. The restaurant of the hotel located right in front of the hotel closed at 8 pm, so everything was quiet except for the bars behind the hotel. We could hear karaoke and rap music until 4 am. Just shut the bathroom windows. Our room got cleaned up everyday, so we were able to use fresh towels when we returned to our room. We loved the views from our balcony, and we will surely book again in the future.

this is our second time staying here and both times we have had excellent service. The room was exactly as advertised.

Breakfast/staff didn't start setting up until 8:30 and then for someone to take our order, it took another 15 minutes. We loved that they offered eggs

You are literally on the beach was amazing to get up and not even have to put shoes on to get to the beach. Served breakfast in the am eggs/toast/fruit choice of two items.

This place is everything that is good. View of the sea, you leave the hotel and you are next to the beach. It includes umbrellas and that is excellent. It also has a restaurant where I tried some of the most delicious food. Without a doubt I would return.

Loved the location!! Right on the most beautiful (imo) beach on the island. Spectacular sunset views. Room is very basic, but clean & comfortable- bed & pillows could be more comfortable- but not terrible. WiFi signal not good in the room. Often no signal at all, better on the balcony. Continental breakfast was toast, fruit, coffee, & juice for 5 days - Today it was eggs & toast? We were told day one that we had to rent chairs - so we went to the Mayan beach club (was a better deal- same beach). Then day 2 - when I asked again how much for chairs - was told they’re complimentary for hotel guests. Hotel is no frills - BUT, good value- nice & clean - and cannot beat the location! Could walk either direction on the beach and easy walk to ferry terminal, restaurants, & shopping. We would stay again!! For reference we were in the older part of the complex, basic king room.

We had a wonderful time

It was noisy at night with the golf carts and then drunk people were being loud and knocking on doors. The grounds were dirty.

On the North beach, fantastic view. Clean, reasonably priced, good water pressure, easy going and friendly staff. Approx. 15 min walk from the ferry terminal. Small tv, need to bring your own HDMI cable if you want to watch Netflix…etc. Just a warning not quiet until approx. 2am, as the bars/beach clubs don’t close until late. Close to all restaurants and amenities.

Everyone was very helpful there I have bad knees but they help me with my water and everything and bags. Very nice people and good service. Beautiful views and the sound of the waves was just a Plus on top of everything

It's literally on the beach, best location on the island, facility is outdated, but everything works. - bed in the small room is really uncomfortable, probably an old couch - no ac in the small room, Only fan that is too noisy and dirty.

Small but great place to stay. Beds were comfortable, water pressure not great but does the job- and plenty of hot water! Right on the beach.

The hotel is well located, right on the beach, and at a fraction of some of the other hotels in the area. That said, it is pretty basic. The hotel does not offer beach towels, and there is no soap or shampoo in the rooms. I have stayed in cheaper accommodation in Mexico, and always had some soap, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and it was perhaps one of the first rooms I have rented in Mexico that looked exactly like the pictures. The beach is fantastic, with great sunsets. The restaurants at the hotel are reasonably priced for Isla, and the service is great.
