Stayed overnight for my daughter’s college graduation. Hotel was perfect and in great location for graduation ceremony

So clean and new looking. Loved the fireplace when we walked in. However, for the amount we paid - I would think breakfast should be included!

The room was very clean and spacious. The restaurant was necessary because there were no other food options in a walkable distance. Although advertised as having electric vehicle chargers, there was actually only 1 Tesla charger and it was often in use or other cars (not electric) parked in the spot in front of it, blocking use. Also, the station was NOT free (however, there is a free car charging station 1/2 mile away in the Martin's grocery store parking lot). Overall, very nice accommodations.

I love this hotel and will only stay at the Hilton Garden Inn when I’m in Indiana - there’s no better choice. The entire team is professional and delightful to interact with. Danielle the Bar Manager is a superstar & hands down one of the top reasons I keep coming back. The food at the restaurant is consistent and delicious. The property and rooms are clean. 10 out of 10 stars!

Cleaning staff was a bit rude when asked to assist with an issue we had - but otherwise, it was a good stay. Booked an accessible room and did not receive one because priority was at check in? That was a bit strange.

Clean and up-to-date facility. Nice lobby and restaurant area. Some odd nit picks:
Elevator buttons confusing. Hard to figure what to press, especially when ground floor button didn’t light when pressed. Clock was set wrong in room with no obvious way to rest? Restaurant food delivery was a bit slow. Service was ok, but untrained staff keep delivering food and drinks to the wrong table. No channel guide to room TV. Had to call the front desk to get help

It was very quiet and the rooms were beautiful. Problem is the mattresses were BAD. Very hard and no give. And with the soft pillow that went flat and had no substance to them we all woke up stiff necks and back muscle aches until we got moving. Will not stay at another Hilton again for this reason. They are all like that. Everyone I have stayed in. Wanted to give this one a chance and shouldnt have.

The pool was not cleaned very well. We were the only people in the pool and gobs of someone else's hair was picked up by hands as i was swimming. The dog walking area was full of dog poop. They should have coffee or water in their check in area all during the day. After this stay I am checking closer at what amenities are offered free of charge at hotels.

From the check in to the check out, everyone was friendly and offering to assist. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Quietest room I have been in at a hotel but the door is extremely “heavy”. As a solo female traveler this trip, I felt safe in this area and it was close to restaurants and other stores.

My daughter had a cheerleading competition nextdoor at the Kovalchick Convention and Athletic Complex. Very convenient for us to stay here and get her ready and walk over instead of getting her dressed at home and rushing to drive 1 ½ hours. Very quiet and comfortable.

The property itself was very nice, clean, well decorated. However, the price of our room in no way reflected the quality. $300 for my one night stay and the room was average at best, no usb ports in the room (thought it was odd) no breakfast included, couldn't even hit up a vending machine or enjoy a free bottle of water. Small things, I know, but pretty much standard amenities

We didn’t eat there but visited the bar. Angel did a great job as bartender/ host . The room was great but no view at all. We had a giant air handling system with a security light right outside our window. Having reserved rooms 2 months ahead I kinda expected a decent view room over last minute bookers.

Very upset that I booked a 1 king bed room and upon arrival was told there were no king beds left, and that Expedia had communicated that I requested two queen beds. I checked my reservation and I absolutely booked a one king bed. Very upsetting since I chose this property because I wanted a king bed. Not happy.

I stay here regularly and it was the same generally positive experience as always. But twice in my week long stay the room wasn't cleaned (once when I explicetly left to make that easy). The resteraunt was also a mixed bag. One lunch I ordered was so small (appetizer size) I said "that isn't lunch". Shrinkflation gone wild. They comped me that lunch but really?
