We had an amazing time. The hotel was just perfect for us and not far from all the fun on Broadway.

We have stayed here before, beautiful property and great location. One of the reasons we stay here is the rooftop bar. We were VERY disappointed with the lack of service and cleanliness this time around - such a shame. Plenty of staff, just absolutely no attention to clients and/or cleanliness.

The hotel room is average sized, extremely comfortable bedding which makes for a great night sleep. The pool area is really small, more or looks than function, and was overly crowded the entire time we were there. Wouldn’t have paid so much more for a hotel with a pool if I would have known it was not usable.

Service was poor. We tried to have a drink at the rooftop bar. We were seated at two tables by the hostess; a server never appeared. Car Valet service took too long to get car (but they were quick to ask for a tip);

Bed was comfortable but found a small bug in it (not a bedbug), our room key stopped working twice, arrived early and they allowed us to check in but the mobile key did not start working until 8:45pm, would not respond to the chat on the BONVOY app in a timely manner, top floor with the pool and lounge area was closed for a private event.
It is a very nice hotel but there were a few annoyances on this particular trip.

Overall by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels, usually Hilton. Out of all of the stays I’ve had elsewhere in multiple states including my hometown of Nashville I’ve never experienced anything like it. Worst stay.

We stayed at the Westin a couple years ago and it was amazing. The location, comfort, view, and everything in between. This time location and comfort was still good, but i was very disappointed in our room, cleanliness, room service, and amenities. The room view was a parking lot and train track. There was stains on our sheets after one of the bed changes. The body wash was empty the entire time. We ordered room service for breakfast, and my omlet was very runny. One thing we wanted to do was was relax at the pool and catch some sun. Once we found the outdoor pool, it was so crowded we couldn't even get in or get a seat. For such a large hotel you would think there would be more room. All in all the service was ok, but the hotel could definitely use some help.

Nice hotel, good location, big rooms. Did not like that upon checkout we took the time to switch the charges to my husbands credit card instead of mine that the had on file. When we got home they had kept all charges on my cc. Front desk workers should be able to do this easily . Not good
