The staff was so nice. The rooms were clean and parking was easy. The breakfast had so many options, including things my gluten free daughter could eat. Several things were not working during our stay, like the tvs and ice machines, but they were having technical issues and are remodeling so hopefully those will be resolved soon.

The ONLY thing we can say we enjoyed was the breakfast and John!! If it weren't for John coming in and making it as good as only one employee could, we would have asked for a full refund and gone to another hotel! John is a top-notch employee who gave us the best hospitality we could have ever imagined!
When I arrived, I let the blonde girl with an inappropriate shirt on know we were there, she checked us in and acted as if everything was perfectly normal and fine.
She wouldn't give us a third key for our teenage daughter (somewhat understandable, but still petty). We got up to our room and noticed how stained the carpets in the halls were. The carpets in the room were also stained and gross. The room was what I would consider to be the room of a privately owned, understaffed, old motel in a trashy town.
When I took the kids down to go to the funeral home of the friend we were there to bury the next morning, I asked the pool hours. THEN is when she decided to tell me the pool was closed for repairs. Had the rest of our family not been staying there, we would have asked for a refund and left right then and there. However, we didn't want something like that to stop us from our family time. So we stayed. I asked her, "Don't you think that was something you could have told me when I checked in?" She said, "Oh, yeah I guess maybe we should tell people that." - while laughing.
We will not ever be back to this hotel.

i had made 8 reservations through a third party 3 weeks in advance, and when the holiday inn in coffeyville ks became overbooked, they canceled our reservations because we booked third party. that can be understandable, but what is not acceptable is that we had no warning. everyone drove over 2 hours to be turned away. will not be using the holiday inn.

We stayed 5 nights, house keeping never made our beds. Or vacuumed our floor. We were there for the fair and showing livestock so our room got pretty dirty. Even though we were charged for 5 people we were only left 2 towels everyday. There was mold in the shower and the grass was very tall.

It is a nice hotel and clean enough. There was a black ring round the bathtub and shower wall. I’m assuming it was mildew or mold. The TV didn’t work. I told them about it and they couldn’t do anything about it until the next day. The included breakfast was decent. About average.

This was definitely the best hotel in Coffeyville. It was clean and safe. The breakfast was hot and there was plenty of it. Staff was friendly.

First being kept up past 12:00am listening to the night clerks kid and friends scream, yell, and complain that the internet was not fast enough for his computergame because there "must be guests" using the internet, and eat multiple batches of cookies which are put out for the guests at checkin

This is a new property and it shows. The rooms and facility is immaculate. Staff was friendly at check-in and at breakfast. Breakfast was traditional fare though I did appreciate the automatic pancake maker!

We have stayed at this location several times before. First time was a few days after opening. We checked in, went to room, discovered the water had never been hooked up to the bathroom faucet. They moved us to another room.
This stay, the handle for shower fell off the shaft for the water control while I was taking a shower. For a new property, there are issues.

The pool was closed which is something that seems frequent at all hotels anymore. The sheets were amazing and the bed was comfortable. Decent fitness room and the breakfast was actually fantastic. The only real problem was we were not put in the room type we booked. We booked a King Suite and were given a regular queen room which was disappointing. Extremely nice staff.

When I got into my room and was about to lay down in bed I found stains all over my sheets and was unable to sleep in my bed and ended up sleeping on the lounge chair
