Beautiful and safe hotel, the only negative was I couldn’t take my dog to get breakfasts even tho it’s Dog friendly hotel. Everything else was amazing.

We stay here 4 times power year. We stay here because they are pet friendly and have been here since it was new. I love the breakfast bar. I do not like the pillows. This particular room, 206, the shower was not clean. It has mold in it. That was disappointing. Other than that we really like staying at the Cleveland, TN, LaQuinta.

Pool closed first day. Put a family with loud kids crying baby next to us. We were there fir a funeral.

Location was fine, there were some things with the building/structure that seemed cheap and poorly put together but all together okay.. My biggest concern, complain was the space between the floor and the bottom of the door to our room. There was easily a 2-3inch gap, someone outside room could clearly see inside room, access room from under the door! Another item that looked bad was ceiling in bathroom had fallen down and ceiling was exposed.. Additionally looked like mold, black mildew in the shower

This was our first visit to a LaQuinta Inn. We found the accommodations spacious and very clean. Amenities were excellent and we enjoyed breakfast. Will definitely add them to our list of preferred motels.

Is a clean and updated Hotel. Super comfortable beds big rooms and nice outside sitting area. Easy drive to area shopping and food. Would definitely stay here again. Very nice staff.

My day was great. It was very easy check-in very easy checkout breakfast was pretty good. The room was large. The bed was comfortable with lots Pillows on the bed I would definitely stay again

Only 1 of the 2 elevators worked and it was very slow. Very quiet and nice location.

The stay was nice but the breakfast we chose was horrible. The eggs seemed to be from a powder or something, potatoes had too much rosemary seasoning on them, gravy was watery, sausage wasn’t good either. You can do better on the breakfast!

Overall I was pleased BUT at this price point I expect certain things … housekeepers who can understand BASIC English and don’t bring their children to work with them. I literally had to stare this kid down to keep him out of my room not just for a single day but TWO days in a row! Silly, useless plastic ice buckets. Get something worthwhile and useful that is insulated and actually works! Employees from the front desk to the dining area that are allowed to be on devices, phones, earbuds while “working” making eye contact impossible.
I would not stay here again … Comfort Suites has a product that’s just as good but they pay more attention to the details at half the price!!!

Very friendly staff, especially housekeeping on 4th floor...very sweet couple. When I return I will ask for 4th floor room. The room was very clean. Only complaint is the curtains didn't go all the way to the bottom of the window, which resulted in a beam of very bright light from the street light to shine in under the curtain like a laser. The only solution would be to point the light down a little. Putting a towell along the window sill solved the problem.

I arrived around 1900, the staff at the desk did not greet me. It was awkward, she looked at me and looked at and waited for her to say at least a good afternoon. At check in the staff members demeanor and tone was not friendly or inviting. When I was assigned a room the had remnants of a previous guest trash on the floor, I brought to the same staff member attention at which I was treated like it was a hassle. She said “sooo do you want me to change your room” I was exhausted and unpacked I advised I would clean the surfaces myself and could she provide Lysol wipes to which she did. I later found the refrigerator was not cold, the freezer portion worked but the refrigerator was cool and not cold hopefully the food wasn’t destroyed I haven’t checked yet as it is currently 0700. I am disappointed with the front desk staff and the cleanliness of the room the floor and surfaces were dirty.

It was a personal stay but the room was clean, the staff was friendly and it wqs in walikg distance for a convenient store. It was also a great view facing the mountains.
