on paper it has all needed amenities, however the neighbor is a jerk, parking is iffy. only one girl runs the whole hotel by herself, check in, cleaning and everything. there was mold in the bathroom, mattresses werent great and were loud. ended up leaving a day early

Nice place, the suites are set up like apartments. I brought toys and chairs for the beach but I didn’t need to. They already had a bunch of stuff for us to use. The only thing that disappointed my husband was we weren’t right on the beach. It has ocean view which is still ok.

It was such a lovely stay. We loved it!

We picked Atlantic Ocean Suites because it was so close to the beach and we wanted to have a kitchen/refrigerator, etc. to prepare some of our own meals. It was very comfortable for our family of four (two adults and two teens ages 13 and 15). The staff were super helpful with getting us checked in and using the app for room access. We utilized their beach chairs, towels and umbrellas whenever we hung at the beach. Boogie boards were also available. So close to the Pier and downtown activities. We could see the Thursday night Pier fireworks from our third floor porch without dealing with the crowds. We spent some days touring other spots like the Maine Maritime Museum in Bath, Maine, Freeport (LL Bean) and Portland Head Light in Cape Elizabeth. A very comfortable spot to spend relaxing by the beach or as a "homebase" for day trips throughout Maine. Would highly recommend you check this place out.

We had such a good time at Atlantic Ocean Suites! The room was amazing and plenty big enough for my large family. The staff was so amazing, we will be back!!!

Employees were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view from the balcony was awesome!

This place is clean and up to date!! Walking distance to the main strip for shopping and food. 30 second walk to the beach and only a few minutes from the pier!! Will definitely book again

Right next to the ocean so this was great! Parking was not an issue.

I disliked the owners of the property. They immediately accused us of being a disrespectful party because we were celebrating a bachelorette party. There were 4 of us and we hadn't even checked in yet. They said that if they find damage or have to pickup puke they would charge my credit card $500. Their manner was far from welcoming. The property requires the use of a mobile app as a key card. Which means you have to down load an app on your phone and and put a pin on your phone. That is ridiculous and apparently there are "no other options". However, we noticed a couple the next day with a key card... Also, there was 1/2 a roll of tp in the room. There were 4 of us...I called the front desk 3 times between 8 and 8:30am from my cell because there are no phones in the rooms. When I finally got someone, it was the owner from check in. I asked if towels and tp could be brought up to room 12 and the answer was no. That if we wanted any of these things we would have to go down to the front desk and bring our dirty wet towels! The property was beautiful, but the service was incredibly rude.

Not bothered by cleaning staff on a daily basis. We stayed there for a week and brought our used towels down and replaced with clean. Allowed us to sleep in and be comfortable.

Great location basically on the beach and in walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Clean house comfortably fitting 7 people.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Great stay. Staff were very helpful. Location is excellent.

Locally owned. Great beach access. Friendly staff but the downside of privately owned hotel is limited accesss to office, staff, and amenities like the washing machine. Staff was super sweet though and left a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. They were very helpful overall if inaccessible or inefficient at times. I honk that is just a minor and acceptable inconvenience of locally owned business but if you expect or need 24 hour access to amenities and attention, this place might not be your best option. Room was nice. Beds a but uncomfortable. Overall, we loved it and would absolutely choose it again and recommend it to low-maintenance travelers.

This is a beautiful condo facility right off the beach with views of the beach from your room. We loved our stay here. However, before you book your stay, be sure you know that there will be a $150.00 cleaning fee added to your reservation amount. On top of the cleaning fee, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement that states you are responsible to put furniture back in original location, wash and put away dishes, wipe up spills, collect trash and take to dumpster and put tv remotes under tv. We thought that for the $150 cleaning fee, there should not have been sticky spots on the floor under the table or mildew under the door in the shower. Other than that the condo was very clean.
