We can not say enough good things about Richard who checked us in! He was very friendly and top notch for making us feel welcomed! He gave us a wonderful coconut water infused sake drink with cool wash clothes upon arrival.

I didn’t like that it is a non smoking property I liked everything else

I enjoyed my stay at Nobu. Staff was friendly and the hotel is very clean.

Horrible service. They did not provide me a receipt upon check out and they told me it would few minutes I call three times in the next three hours to get the receipt (invoice) they charged me for breakfast that was included in my reservation again even I confirmed with the front desk about it. Rude customer service too

Amazing We loved it

The service was amazing, the amenities are great, the hotel is clean. Even with a huge festival going on during our stay we could rest and enjoy our stay. The bed was too soft for my liking but besides that everything was just perfect.

Large room, nice staff and great beach access

Very upscale 5 star experience. The young lady who checked me in was great, I was upgraded to a large room with a wrap around balcony, very pleased with this hotel and you can’t beat it for the price. I even received beach side service which looking down at the other hotels I didn’t see.

I loved my stay at Nobu Hotel so much, that i already booked my return trip at same hotel. Having nobu for room service was a luxury.

Many stays at Nobu. Always worth the price

Everything was great, I had requested champagne for our arrival, but as we checked in early it wasn't there, so we went to the beach and were pleasantly suprised upon our return to the room with not just 1, but 3 bottles of champagne. Wonderful place to spend the night in Miami.

Amazing!

There are a few things that definitely need updating. The outlets in some areas were very old and need repair. The items we ordered on the room service menu weren’t good, but they fully refunded the entire meal. The bed sank in a bit and the pillows were so flat we had to double them over. There needs to be more trash bins- only one trash can in the bathroom. The recyclable water bottle is great, but at least put a water station on each floor if you aren’t providing traditional bottled water. The hotel was clean, smelled great, restaurants I dude were all amazing. We dined with all 3, the pools were great, and guest amenities were nice like the movie at the pool, complimentary happy hour, the adult only pool, and Japanese whisky tasting. The spa was great, as well as direct beach access. Staff sang Happy Birthday to me and the hotel sent small complimentary bottles of champagne and a fresh fruit plate.

From the welcome to the departure was fascinating. Maybe I was bribe with that delicious coconut sake and the amenities of the spa. Great experience and lovely staff

Property has construction going on by the pool area. Upon check in, I can tell my room wasn’t throughly cleaned. There were strands of hair on the floor. I didn’t complain because it’s my husbands birthday and I just wanted to enjoy day. On my second night, my dog found a pill on the floor left by the previous guest and ate it. God forbid if something tragic could’ve happened. They sent up security to do an incident report. No follow up or apology was given for this huge mistake that could’ve ended tragically. The rooms have no balconies and was told it would be close to $500 extra a night just to get a room with a balcony. The hotel is very average. Not worth the price they charge. Would never stay again. Especially after how they handled the situation with my dog.

Property is a three and a half star hotel the Nobu is located inside the Eden Roc which is a crowded party place where people in the bathing suits are sitting in the lobby bar drinking. The Nobu restaurant is the best thing going here there was hair on the floor in the shower bathroom. The rooms are starting to look worn down and for the price that you paid for the upgraded Nobu Hotel it's not worth it you're better off staying at the Eden Roc it's the same on your anyhow you get a supposedly turned down service at night. Richard and Andrea were the only two good things when they greeted me at the hotel and check me in. It is Still three and a half star no matter what you want to call it.

Nice amenities!

Very nice staff, great customer service. A lot of the towels both in the room and on the beach are stained. And while I am not against marijuana, I am against it while I’m trying to relax with my kid on the beach. I realize that you can’t stop people from doing what they do, but there were guests clearly smoking weed in the Eden/Nobu beach chairs, being served by the hotel staff. Then we go to the pool, and there are people smoking joints there too. We ended up leaving the area because we didn’t want our daughter exposed to the weed smell. Why not have a dedicated smoking area? Also, more than half the hotel seems to be under repair or construction. It’s a nice hotel, but definitely needs some maintenance.

Loved staying here. We will come back.

I stay here every time I come to Miami

The hotel staff were great, but was expecting more from the hotel. The pool area was ok and beach area was good. In general I didn’t get the “wow factor” I was expecting as most aspects of the hotel were just “fine”.

This is not what you expect at a Nobu property. It’s really the edon roc hotel with Nobu side entrance. It’s loud and family not at all relaxing. Terrible loud Club music at pools. 3 of which only two were open at anytime. Room never vacuumed whole time I’m there. Food meh. It’s average so if you only pay average price it’s exceptable just don’t come think Koby mean restfiul relaxing and mellow. It’s not that. If you want more restful go to standard or the 1 hotel. Disappointed no toilets by pool. Washing hanging over patio rooms. Trash piled in corner of pool. Have pics but don’t want to ruin it. Maybe they have some learning to do to be more brand representative
