I stayed at Bayshore Ocean View for a week and it was a perfect staying: the staff is excellent, extremely supportive and very professional. The hotel is in very good condition. The room was clean and bright. Only internet connection wasn't great, but a part from that it was a very pleasant staying. The place is very central but far enough from the buzz and chaos of the main street. We can reach Patong beach in 15 minute walking and the hotel provide the clients with a shuttle bus anyway. I would definitely recommend to stay there!

Ive been traveling Asia for many years and never given a review. I stayed here in low season August 2017. Traveling as a solo daddy with my 1 year old baby girl which is hard work. The facilities and the staff made it a breeze.I arrived having initially booked only one week and after that week I booked another three. Great hotel service and location and excellent price. Highly recommend. Hotel food is great. Market food great. Anyone travelling to Thailand make sure you take plenty of cash and don't rely on bank cards most don't have that facility and the service charges for ATM withdrawal are ridiculously expensive 220bht plus your own bank fees.

Beds are rolling on wheels to all over the room, toilet condition was awful, reception cant help for room issues, only "house keeping". We didnt want the money back, just wanted to go and left to other hotel after one night.

Absolutely great service at front desk

When we arrived from the airport at 2:30am we were a bit weary of the back roads/alley way that lead to the hotel. Once in reception though, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who could see we were tired, walked us straight to our room without questions, the room was so spacious and the view was amazing. The hotel is only fairly new & still under renovations but it didn't take away from the beautiful hotel. A fan in the bathroom would be beneficial. The channels on the tv were mostly in Thai with only 3-4 English programs. The daily breakfast needs more variety. It was the same options everyday. Eggs (your choice how they are cooked) 2 pieces of bacon, 2 pinky sized sausages, 2 slices of toast, a cherry tomato cut in half. All meals at the restaurant include a 10% surcharge. The daily, free shuttle runs every hour, but we waited twice as it wasn't on the hour. We often had to ask for a second roll of toilet paper as they only provided 1 a day. Other than that, the hotel staff were friendly, helpful & we would stay here again.
