Clean room and close to shopping mall or restaurant

A very convenient location with lots of shops around and important it's next to SunWay Mall. If the Sound proving of the doors can be improve that will be wonderful.

Value for money but family room very small, i stayed in family room with two queen beds. if u stay 4persons, with 4 luggage, almost no enough space to keep ur luggage in opened condition. Bedsheet have stain, but they do house keeping evryday. The greatest is strategic location, very near to sumway pyramid mall. And oh yes there is NO Toiletries provided.

There are many cars in this erea almost everyday. So it was very difficult to find parking space near the hotel. There are only 2 parking lots for the guests there. But the boss of this hotel parked his car there and didn't move until night. So I needed to wait for parking my car so long time!! It was so disappointed.

Good hotel for people with budget. Quite convenient because is very near to sunway. Only problem i met is there is no remote for air conditioner

Convenience to Sunway lagoon and Sunway pyramid

Good experience, coway water machine available so can save cost for water, great location which only cross one road to reach sunway pyramid, environment is clean too.

UNCOMFORTABLE

It took a quite sometime for the aircond to cool the room. I though the caption for overlooking city view is the room with window but it’s not. The shower sprinkler was to sharp on the body. The reception are not always there. I need to wait about 10minutes at the reception to check out. No bell to ring.

I book for 2 rooms stay for 5nights at first im very disappointed to rooms at the picture its very nice look clean but when we check in i open th door of my room i dont like the smell like cockroach and the shower broken we need to take and hold the shower to take a bath properly aircon its not cold and there is no cabinet for our clothes so our things we just put at the small table inside the room condition of rooms very poor dont expect what you saw on booking site.

Location accessible to many shops. Walking distance to Sunway Pyramid and Sunway Lagoon etc. Nearby the bus bay for coaches (for those travelling by coach and are worried abt the location of the pick-up point). Unfortunately the room we had gotten was small for 2 people. It was the only type of room available at a last minute decision to travel for the price. The room was smaller than our bedroom at home. Haha.. But the staff was helpful and friendly.

This hotel had a terrible Indian reservation not polite. This hotel had a cleaner not polite and noisy. This hotel service so horrible, breakfast in other restaurant which i need to add 1 ringgit extra.
