We had a wonderful stay. Great location to town and main events. A 4 star was given because I had contacted the manager in regards to needing propane for the grill and in our 3 night stay in was not replaced and also about another concern with a ceiling light and never received a response back from manger. Also hot tub was broken??

We stayed here for 2 nights with a family of 5, we had a family suite which had a king bed in 1 room and 3 singles in the other room which was really cute with our 3 kids. We didn’t spend too much time at the hotel with all of our activities but it was fine. I did (try to) cook breakfast one morning and my only advice would be to have a non-stick pan in the rooms. Office staff were very pleasant. Would stay there again.

Have stayed here twice, one night before a trip to Milford Sound and then a night on our return. Very nice unit, well equipped kitchen with cook top, mwave and fridge with small freezer.
Rather leaky shower door in both units but shower was good, great pressure.
Beds were comfortable.
Only issue would be the inconsistent cleaning of the rooms, first night was much cleaner and prepped than the second.
Would recommend this resort/hotel. It’s close to town and an easy walk.

Ecellent and recommended. Lake front, modern property, full AC/heater, walking distance to CBD. Friendly and very helpful staff. Will be perfect if they build cafe.

The rooms were clean and check in was simple. My issue was that we booked this place because of the breakfast included. Not only was there no breakfast, I was told there would be no coffee until 8:30. We needed to leave by 8am so we missed out. What hotel or motel waits until 8:30 am to begin to serve coffee or breakfast.

The room had a bad smell , we reported it to the reception staff member and requested the room change, they were not able to change the room. They gave us a room freshener spray however that didn’t help with the smell.

The property has nice views of the lake. Nice and quiet area.Rooms were nice and clean but in needs of some renovations.Coffee machine would be greatly appreciated.No much of essentials provided.

I liked the location of the property and the ability to sit on the patio to enjoy the views. Since it was not a "high end" luxury hotel it was what I expected. It was clean and had everything I needed. I travel a lot and don't need a fancy lobby or many on site amenities. I was there to enjoy the area and outdoors.

Fabulous location overlooking the lake. We stayed in the Motel, room was a generous size, very clean & great kitchen facilities. We had a balcony overlooking the lake. On site staff at the Park property were helpful & courteous. The property has a great variety of accommodation options. Would highly recommend as an option for your stay in beautiful Te Anau.

The apartment is spacious with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Beside one room with a king size bed, the other has 3 single beds and doesn’t appear cramped. There is very good view of Lake Te Anau from the living room and a bedroom. The apartment looks new and very clean. I like the sofa in leather which looks cleaner and hygienic than a fabric one. There are 3 more comfortable side chairs. This is first apartment I came across with dish dry rack and a hand towel rail which allow me to keep the kitchen top tidy. However there is no laundry facilities in the room. It is incon to use shared laundry facility outside the apartment. Overall I am satisfied with this place.

In a beautiful spot with friendly staff. Only thing is, that’s not evident in the advertising, is it sits in a camping ground. Having said that though, I didn’t hear a thing and my room was very close to the camping area.
