We liked it. The room was more spacious that it might have been for wheelchair accessibility.

Power was off and didn’t work when i got there and dealt with a late check in and final night stay the power was off again and i had to evacuate my room at midnight with no assistance at 1am

There was a blackout and after a few hours of generator electricity, they ran out and heating hot water all lights were unable for two nights. The property offered no reimbursement or compensation.

The outside and lobby looked great and the front desk staff was nice. The only thing was cleanliness the bathroom had mildew in the shower.

For the price we paid, we had expected at least a complimentary bottled water per guest a day which wasn’t the case. I think charging $2.50 for the most basic necessity - is simply greed on the part of the hotel. We have not been to a hotel in recent times that charges for this. A bottle each per guest per day is reasonable.
Not having daily housekeeping is the other thing. If you’re a best western hotel I can understand as you get what you paid for but we paid over US$350 per night for a room in this hotel, I think daily housekeeping should have been at the VERY base of service we expect ! We have to inform guest reactions we need this service as it’s not automatic.
Location is great ! Restaurant menu is limited and not really great on quality or value.
One last thing, we had housekeeping knocking at our door at 9 am wanting to clean our room on the morning of check out ! Perhaps they should do this after 10am since that is the official check out time ! It felt like we e been rushed out ! Strange !

This is a very clean place, with great staff. The rooms are clean, but not fancy at all which is fine for the price point. The only thing I didn't like was the HVAC system in the room... very loud! I had to turn it off and just be a bit warm.

Nice room with a large walk in shower. The surrounding area is very clean and safe to walk around in the evening. The staff are friendly and helpful. I will be staying again.

I love the front desk area was beautiful.While waiting to be checked in. I did not like standing there clearly for 15 minutes while somebody walked in the door and walked right up and the front desk.Lady looked at me new.I was first but didn't tell the people that just cut in front of me that I was waiting she helped them. And then there.
's also some confusion. It says it's $40. Parkis that for people that aren't staying there. It's not clear. Also, it says there's a buffet breakfast for examount of dollars or an alcohol. Does that mean the allocart just continental stuff is free? I would have liked that to have been explained. Because we were too afraid to ask and didn't end up going down to the restaurant at all.. But the room was great.The bathrooms were so clean and smelled.Great.The view was amazing even though it was of the courtyard but the courtyard's kind of cool looking.

I won’t come back because of the parking. First of all to charge an additional $40 was a joke. It’s a small lot that probably fits 1/4 of the hotel. It’s a decent hotel that was about $75 over priced. $115 if you include the parking. If you rent it for $175 with a free parking voucher, I would consider it. It’s just not a convenient set up. Hard to get a spot to unload and load luggage, etc. much better choices in Bellevue for the price.

Very thin walls between room-to-rooms. I could hear everything even other people in next door room were whispering. Swimming pools water quality was terrible. Full of dirty bubbles in hot tub. Only 1 elevator was operating and it took forever to catch it. They didn't mention the parking fee first when I checked in.

Chaz and the others at the desk were courteous, helpful and professional. Our room never received housekeeping services for the duration of our 4 night stay. We had to contact the desk to get fresh towels and beverage pods in our room. For the cost, complimentary breakfast could be provided. The location in a safe part of town and accessible to Resturant’s and shops. The beds we’re comfortable and the shower was quite nice.

It was good. It’s just we went to the pool and it was very cloudy we did not get in and that’s the reasons I like to get a pool to enjoy a swim. Other then that it was great!

We stayed here for convenience on a travel tournament. For our family of four it wasn’t a good deal. The property is clean but parking is abysmal. There is a public parking garage next door which you can use thankfully which is much better than the actual hotel parking. An elevator was down while we were there leading to some very packed elevator rides up and down. The pool is a bit small but okay for our small party. It got full quickly towards the end of the evening. No complimentary breakfast available. It was okay for one night. We ended up paying a bit more than we usually do for less value. I wouldn’t stay again with our family.
