Appliances in my room were all broken. Fixing took too long to fix

Very clean and spacious room. Front desk Service was great.

This is a great place for families who need a good amount of space for a large family. The suites are great. The hotel is centrally located and the breakfast was great.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. My wife, two children, and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The rooms were very clean, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and the hospitality was professional. We stayed for three nights and will definitely return whenever we visit Los Angeles.

Received three suites. Two suites for a week and one for two days. First night my car was broken into. The driver side window was shattered and I still had to pay $20 dollars a day for parking on top of the room charges. Didn’t see any security presence in the parking lot my whole stay. Parking lot lighting is not good and found out they don’t have cameras in the parking lot. Across from where I was parked I found broken glass of another vehicle probably broken into prior.

Overall this place is not bad at all. A few things that would be better first off is not get rich off the snacks from there customers. A tiny slice of cheesecake and a tray of icecream dibs was literally 19 dollars. I feel like for what we pay we should at least get a really good customer price. The breakfeast is alright, it could be better. Overall it’s not bad.

Staff was super nice, great hotel breakfast, but our room felt dirty and the sofa bed had stains. Also guests next door to us were so loud playing music, and banging on doors and making a lot of noise it made it very hard to sleep. Property was convenient and surrounding area wasn’t too bad.

The carpet in the hallways were really dirty. The staff could also be a little more attentive. Other than that all was fine .

Couch had hiuge stains and room was not recently cleaned or dusted . Fridge had stains on handle and so did the dishwasher .old nasty Q tip from prior people under bathroom sick . Faucets were dirty .

Great place to stay very clean friendly staff only reason for the 4 star is only because they charge you to park there which doesn’t make sense besides that I would highly recommend

I didnt like the fact

The room itself was great for the amount of people we had. It was slightly dirty when we got there. Sofa cushions had stains and bathroom wasn’t too clean. Staff was nice and very helpful. Location was pretty good, about 30 min from all too attractions.

The room was dirty, the floor had sticky spots. The toilet tank was splashing water. It was 3 am when this happened, so I tried to fix it myself, as my family was sleeping. I told the front desk before i left but they only offered sorry. I had a rough night

Wonderful Experience

I brought my 3 kids and fiancé here for the 4th of July 2024, we stayed from the 1st to the 9th. I have 6y boys and 8y girl, the room on the floor above us was blasting music until curfew time so 10pm: the pool never got cleaned or the pool water refilled until I asked them too, the pool went 3 days without cleaning. And people still swam in it. Nasty. The water was so murky you couldn't see the bottom of the 5ft pool. There was never any pool towels and when you ask them to bring some down it takes literally all day for them to bring you down pool towels. The room service was horrible. I asked them to change sheets when they would come in. It took them 5 days before they decided to change the sheets and I asked every single day for them to do it. The house cleaning staff doesn't sanitize their mop, when they mopped my kitten area nd the bathroom tile, it smelled like nasty old diapers. I asked the front desk about it and she said sometimes they don't change the mop out and clean it after a couple rooms, so that means they are cleaning everyone's room with a dirty nasty mop, spreading germs and stinky smells everywhere. Every time that the house keeping would come they would take all of our towels, I had to call and request over and over and over for 5 towels from house keeping to be left and placed in my room because they wouldn't replace any of the towels they took when "cleaning". They had faulty wires in the fire alarm system and it went off twice in one night @ 4:30am.

Close to the highway, free breakfast are a plus. Cleanliness of the rooms, pool area are negatives.

They were very accommodating with any needs or requests that we had. Very nice and friendly breakfast staff. They were amazing at getting food refilled. Loved the kitchenette.

We really enjoy this hotel, my family and I have been going the last few years every year in July. We just noticed this year it was very unsafe and not as clean. We had to have our room replaced because the first given was dirty, greasy and you can tell it was not kept well. The cabinets were broken and signed and so was the sofa. Trash was not removed. Thanks to Chelsea for relocating us to a new room.

It was a nice stay, unfortunately for our room the restroom mirror did not work, shampoos falling off the wall, crumbs on the floor, and phone did not work, humidity was insane in the rooms. And unfortunately we did not get any sleep on July 5th. Fire alarms went off, TWICE. Which made us insanely tired and felt like why did we even get a room to not sleep. Rooms are nice aside from the broken appliances and uncleanness. Breakfast is amazing as well, as the service and freindliness of the front host.

Nasty dirty shower curtain smelled horrible, the breakfast was exactly the same for 3 days in a row

Rooms are decent but the carpets have got to go. Not a bad hotel. The location is great. They didn't quite keep the decaf coffee coming but all in all, not a bad hotel. Not as good as the San Diego Homewood. The smoking section outside is in a bad spot.
