Great hotel, the smoking room didnt even smell like ash or anything when we got there, there was a private jacuuzi (IN OUR ROOM!) however the jets didnt work so that was kinda sad still loved the hot tub tho. Great staff super nice and I loved everything about this hotel, for sure will be coming back.

Just the area and the fact that the jets in the jacuzzi didnt work, other than that everything was 10/10

Breakfast pack and go - included sweet cake, baton, juice and apple. WiFi is good and range ok. Room is enough for two persons - is quiet. In front desk available the water dispenser. Location good because highway is close but is far away for main attractions. Nearby McDonalds and few restaurant:) Microwave, fridge and coffemaker (for coffee sachets) available and working

Far away from main attractions - Hollywood, Beverly Hills etc. The area does not encourage for night trips without a car / Uber

That our luggage and passports were stolen out of the room and the manager didnt speak to us till I told them I was claiming negligence on them

The staff are extremely courteous and helpful that includes the reception staff and maintenance staff. I had little contact with the housekeeping.

The microwave oven hadn't been cleaned before I checked in. There was a half eaten chicken wing in the microwave but staff were very apologetic and I wouldn't hold one mistake against them; only if they had a "who cares" attitude but they didn't.
