Hôtel while had recent updates to flooring it was poorly installed the planks were popping and separating. They could do with a revamp on the door hinges the doors were heavy and slammed so adjacent rooms would wake you up. The first room we were checked into had no A/C and half the electrical did not work, lights and plugs. They wanted to send someone to fix it vs moving is we insisted on moving to a new room. Fridge in room was good, pool area while not large worked for us as nobody else was poolside when we were. Breakfast was toast, cereal, eggs, potatoes, sausage and BW waffles.

We came actually 12 hours late to check in and stayed only for 7 hours. I asked about a partial refund, without even trying the representative said not possible. I never had any trouble with Hyatt in these matters.

Outdoor pool is nice

We booked a 3 night stay. Ck in was fast, room on 2nd floor (3floors total) towards back of hotel, great! Temps were in 80s so room was a little humid but air conditioning worked great. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious, had all the amenities needed. My husband woke up to use the bathroom in the night and found there was a leak in the fan unit which happened to be right above the toilet so water (yellow water) was dripping in him while he was using the toilet! He put a towel on the toilet seat. When I woke up, I noticed the towels and the drip and the same yellow water dripping on my back! We were leaving right after breakfast for our day and would be out until 6pm so my husband let the hotel desk clerk know of the leak. The person said he would call the maintenance person to ck it out and if they couldn’t fix it, we would be moved to a different room. Ok, so I packed up all our things, put them in the closet and left thinking they’d have it repaired when we returned. That afternoon we returned to still see the water dripping and nothing was fixed (no phone call or email) so we go back to the desk clerk (a different person on next evening shift maybe). Told him what happened. He said there was no notations for repair and there were no rooms on the 2nd floor left but 1 on 1st flr. My preference was 2nd so he finds 1 room in the front of the hotel which faces the main road and (although s/b non smoking, totally reeked of smoke as we opened the door. Ended up on 1st flr

Everything was ok, the only concern was the bathrooms too old look deteriorated , I think need some love or renovations.

Good hotel for a convenient located stay south of the LAX and Inglewood areas. Offers a decent complementary breakfast service and the rooms are good sized. Parking is free for guests.

Everything in general was amazing but the service, I was charged twice for the deposit and they could not fix it. It has now been two days and I have only recieved back the first deposit. So I am disappointed by the customer service. If this doesn’t happen then amazing stay definitely. The food is great and the hotel was clean. Pool is also a plus and the Hot Tub

I was happy that I was able to check in early without any fees. A clean room was ready for my family and two queen beds were with clean sheets and fluffy pillows. Because we arrived early, a staff brought few more towels later. 1 vehicle can park at the parking lot for free. Breakfast was basic/decent. Satisfactory stay overall. Close to the Sofi stadium, Kia forum, beaches or even to the airport. Good location!

I was there for only one night was coming from the airport and they were very friendly and was super nice letting my partner and I check in late.

It is an old building. At the entrance was a plastic paper wall to cover something. Our shower didn’t worked. The room was not cleaned the second day. On Expedia homepage the hotel was ranked at 8.4: the real rank is 5.0

Staff were good! Room and facilities were dirty and run down. Breakfast was decent.

My second stay here and I love it! The convenience… everything is nice!

Property was great. Just not perfect. Wonderful breakfast kind staff large room easy check in. Good location in distance to airport but kind of boring otherwise. Only cons: Kind of dark and not enough natural light. And instrad od clwaning the hott tub it just seemed to have soap included in its bubbles when you put on the spa jets making it a bubble bath qhich was weird.
