Wonderful stay. Staff are eager to help and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The views in the communal areas are unmatched. Breakfast has lots of variety. Many restaurants nearby. Connected to a mall. There is a Hop on Hop off bus stop right across the street.
Some things to note: the bed is firm, but comfortable. The laundry facilities are a sent out service. There is no on site laundry, but there is a bathtub if you want to hand wash.

Very nice area downtown, Breakfast and dinner restaurant on the 12th floor had a nice view of the harbor and beach.
Nice area as the upscale mall, is part of the building. Beds were very comfortable and hotel was modern, had a decent size gym with all the essentials.

Generally great hotel, would give it a 4 star rating. But I booked it specifically for the rooftop pool facility. However it was closed for time we were there due to repair work, which was hugely disappointing for my kids. The information that the pool will be closed wasn't disclosed at the time of booking the hotel. I asked for a partial refund which was denied. So not very helpful service in case there is an issue.

The hotel is located in a good location, opposite the main train station, a mall connected to it, easy walk and transportation to main attractions. Staff are helpful and very nice, rooms clean and spacious. Breakfast is good.

Very nice hotel with extremely nice and friendly staff. The hotel is in the city center so it is noisy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful starting from the door bell to the restaurant waiters. When we checked out and got to the airport, we realized that we left our passports in the room. Called the hotel and they were super efficient in finding the passports and helping us get them to not miss our flight.

This Hilton hotel is in a great location, opposite the train terminal, next door to the mall, close to great restaurants, near the beach. The hotel is clean, great service and amenities. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. Hotel restaurants offer lovely meals. I definitely will stay here again.

Only smoking room available on the 5th floor. Restaurant service very slow and inefficient. They woke me up at 23:00, to sign a restaurant check while they have my credit card on file!!!!

The hotel was amazing. We had booked a suite and were upgraded to the top tier suite. The size was huge. The cleanliness, ammenities, and layout were perfect. The maintenance was exceptional. We had free access to the concierge lounge that came with the room; they served free food, nice variety of snacks and deserrts. The also served free drinks, beer, wine, and liquor.
