Great location as a base for walking around the old parts of the city. Place to park our car made life much easier. Spacious comfortable apartment. Check in/out very easy and staff on hand to direct us how to enter parking level on arrival.

We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and new. It had all the kitchen amenities to cook your own meals. The bedrooms were at the back of the apartment so despite being on a busy street it was very quiet. The apartment was large and plenty of room for the 4 of us to share. The location was central to the sights and restaurants at your door step. The metro was a 5 min walk. They were very accommodating of our baby and provided a crib and high chair for her and even gave her a toy :) The service was excellent and they were very responsive to our messages. They even gave me a birthday cake which was unexpected and so nice! I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to stay in Lisbon! Much better than a cramped hotel room.

I liked the property a lot. The location is very convenient, close to the transportation and historic sites. If you like shopping, this is the place to stay. You can choose variety of dining options: luxury and expensive, or cheap and convenient. The apartment has everything necessary to enjoy the place. The great plus is the garage. For people like us who like to drive and explore the surroundings it was big plus. Overall, I would recommend to stay in the house. Communication was great too.

Area is walkable for individuals that do have having mobility restrictions. For those with mobility restrictions, realize that there are many large hills.

Fantastic location and lovely apartment. Very nice manager However, on a bustling street above a taxi stand so noisy, esp on a weekend. Also Check-in was stressful - waited about an hour without knowing what was going on - later found out another checkin at different property occupied the manager. But because we did not have phone service nor access to the WiFi yet, and we couldn’t keep car in busy street (we needed manager to park also) we would have been stranded but for other tourists contacting the property manager.

We had an amazing 4 night stay at the 2 BR apartment. It was spacious, spotlessly clean and surprisingly quiet, thanks to the windows that effectively blocked out outside noise. The apartment's central location was a major plus, as it allowed us to easily explore all that Lisbon has to offer. I would also like to extend my appreciation to Margarida and Ben, who both went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of exceptional. This was easily one of the best apartments we've ever stayed at and we hope to someday come back.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! Great location, and an even greater apartment/condo! Heated floors in the bathroom, a TV in the mirror, parking in a parking garage, as clean as can be, fresh fruit, a washing machine and dryer, just above the pizza hut, everything you could ask for! More amenities than expected!!

We loved the apartment- thank you! I will say the beds are hard as a rock, but they did have a topper available when we asked and it was so comfortable! I cannot thank you guys enough for the 2 bedroom 2 bath accommodations. It makes it so easy to travel with teens when we all have some space. Bernardo met us at the apartment to check us in and was so helpful. Prior to arrival you can arrange an airport pickup which I highly recommend- Carlos picked us up and provided his card so we were able to get back to the airport for departure. We can’t wait to come back to your beautiful city one day!

The property is beautiful and the area amazing, steps from the tram 28, metro, shops attractions and nightlife. Ben the host was attentive and available for all our needs. It was easy to check in and the place is well equipped! Highly recommend this company.

My family and I enjoyed our one week stay in Lisbon. This apartment had everything we needed. Excellent location to Baixa-Chiado Metro stop for the airport, easy walks to Cais de Sodro for trains to Cascais and Belem, and Rossio train station for train to Sintra. Check-in was easy. So great to have a kitchen and dining area for takeaway pizza, and a living room for movie nights. Really enhanced our family time after a long day of sightseeing. Beds were very comfortable; balcony a big plus for seeing sunrises and some New Year's Eve fireworks! Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location. Property was very cleaned and organized. We stayed for 3 nights and definitely we will be back. Recommend for travelers who is planning to visit Lisbon.

It’s a perfect place. Location: We had a car and was able to park it in their available garage (parking was a must for us). There are bunch of shops and restaurants near by. Everything is walkable. You can find a place to eat within one minute and if you decide to walk another 5-10 there are tons and tons of places. The team that takes you up and down the hill is also very close. Inside the apartment: The place was clean, neat, beautifully decorated. You can tell everything I new! It was very spacious as well. Two bathrooms helped a lot for four adults needing to get ready and leave at the same time. The bathrooms were huge! And I definitely enjoyed the water pressure. Communication: They contact you prior to your arrival. Someone meets you at the location and goes over details and amenities. A bowl of fruits was a very sweet gesture.

We stayed in the 3br apartment and it was great for my multi-generation family. The apartment itself is well maintained and the washer/dryer combo was a welcome bonus traveling with kids. The area around the apartment is very walkable (yes, its hilly, but if you don't like hills, skip Lisbon all together). Only note of caution is that the mattresses were some of the firmest hotel mattresses I've ever slept on. This was good for me, but my soft mattress loving wife was uncomfortable.

The apartment is in a great location making visiting Lisbon very easy. Ben made a few great recommendations for places to visit an eat and we really enjoyed our stay at the very well looked after apartment.

The property and location was amazing! Mafalda was absolutely wonderful to work with and was always a call or text away. She stored our luggage for us before check in - When we walked into the apartment we couldn’t have been happier. Definitely recommended and we will be back!

The apartment was ideally situated to explore Lisbon on foot. What's more it was a great size, well equipped, modern and exceptionally clean.

We loved the Chiado Mercy Lisbon Best Apartments! After a few days of exploring we realized we were in one of the best neighborhoods. Ubers were readily available nearby. You can walk to great food and bars. Really a great central location. Our host Ben was always communicative and helped us anytime we needed to reach out (like how to turn off one of the kitchen lights lol!) It was so nice to have the combo washer/dryer unit and dish washer. We ran each of those without issues. We highly recommend this apartment!

We were welcomed by Joao Pedro, who showed us the parking (super convenient when arriving in Lisbon with a car!) and the apartment - which surpassed our expectations! a beautiful space with so much attention to detail - to the level of having a TV in the bathroom! Throughout our stay, the staff was constantly available to our every need, including recommendations and special requests. But above all, the location was incredible - within walking distance to so many of the city's cool neighborhoods, and just a few minutes away from one of the most beautiful viewpoints of the city of Lisbon. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to live in Lissabon. Very nice and spacy appartment. Our shuttle did not come Sunday morning so we took two taxies. Price Euro 30,00 If we took the shuttle it would cost euro 50,9

The apartment was beautiful!! Very comfortable with everything you need provided for your stay there! Mafalda was awesome and makes herself available 24/7 for any questions or issues that may arise. The location could not be any better!! I would definitely stay there again and will recommend it to my friends and family should they plan a visit to Portugal!
