Perfect location, 10 mins walk to the Meondong night market. Lots of restaurant nearby. Room are clean and big enough for placing two 28 inches luggages. Staff are friendly and helpful with good English

This hotel is horrible and worst in my life. Don’t trust hotel pictures and descriptions. Also the hotel does not concern about the guest’s safety and comfort; The beds are the smallest single beds in Seoul and they provided so poor hotel services I reserved the room that City view and for 3people ( 2adults and 11yrs child). They were not ready for the greeting guest ; not enough pillows and bed sizes for 3people. When I opened the curtain, I only saw the next building’s wall. We were so stressful and I complained them. We couldn’t sleep without changing the room. There was no extra sofa bed. The hotel said ‘your child’s hotel fee is free so we are not giving a bigger bed. I didn’t know that the my 11 yrs old child’s fee is free without the bed. The price is so expensive than other hotel and provides worst services as 4stars hotel. This hotel doesn’t think about guest safety issue that 11yrs can’t sleep with a parent on the single bed. It could be accidentally fall down. The room is super small even for 2 people. The lobby doesn’t have a garbage-can. I never seen before like this hotel ;you can’t use the restroom before your check in at the night. This hotel doesn’t consider the guest comfort at all.And I-don’t understand that the next to the pillow it has lighting electric consent, I could not sleep this interrupt shiny. it can’t turn off. I feel the hotel only think about saving the money from their poor services and management I left 2days earlier.Don’t waste your money

We stayed for 5 nights. Modern facility. Always quiet. Excellent staff. Walkable to Myeongdong main streets. They cleaned the room and gave free drinking water every day. We also like they have a convenience store and coin laundry room in the hotel. Really recommend this hotel!

Could walk to various key places within 30 minutes.

Excellent hotel near myeondong night market about 10 minutes walk and also public transportation is nearby but you need your t money card also the hotel has one card ask front desk, I used Uber very cheap even to go to the airport it was $30 the hotel itself has a family mart store with wines, drinks and personal items, the breakfast is outstanding they have all American (bread, bacon scramble eggs and sunny side) cereals, fruits, yogurt, fruit juices, cappuccino, and also Korean yummy options steam rice bugolgi beef, seafood, salad soups dumplings you name it a very special breakfast, the rooms are clean and tidy, an amazing shallow tub and a bidet, the front desk go up and beyond to help customers overall I’m extremely impressed with the quality of service received thank you.

Great place to stay with the family.

Great hotel but room a bit small with 3 beds. Not much room to move around and limited space to open luggage. Loved the refresh station to refill water and steam clothes. Laundry facilities is good to have. Convenient to walk to Myeongdong.

Overall the hotel is pretty good. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice size room and clean hallways. Only thing I don't like was the shower. The Tib was siper high which make it very inco venience and dangerous to go in and out. Imagine for the elders like my parents will have a very difficult time in their 70's. The restaurant only serve breakfast and lunch. So no options to have dinner conveniently in the hotel. Especially when it is not easy to find good food nearby and nig enough to fit 9 of us. I will recommend to friends and family.

Great room size. With a twin bedroom + small sofa near to window. Nice clean bathroom. Lobby have a small kiosk for most needs. Friendly staff, and near Myeongdong down-town Seoul and subways only 5 min walks way.

We had a GREAT TIME here. The facility is clean and the staff are very good in what rjey do. They give excellent customer service. Thank you for making our stay one for the bokks. We will definitely stay here again when we go and visit myeong-dong
