Overall good hotel

Overall clean and nice. Breakfast was decent, hot and served well. Only issue we had was the bathroom door didn’t lock from inside.

Front desk so rude I will not come back again

The staff was good and kind and helpful, my beef is not with them. My beef is with management and their uneducated choices. I am disabled and walking is difficult for me. When I arrived, there were 2 handicapped parking in the front of the hotel and I parked there to unload my car. This parking was approximately 15 feet from the front door, so it was easy for me to walk in and out and not cause me pain. However, that evening, I went to my event. When I came back, the parking lot was full in the front. Beside the 2 handicapped parking spots, is a slot for charging an electric car. That spot was taken by a gas driven car not charging. I was required to drive around to the back side of the building where I found 3 more handicapped spots. I parked, there were two doors right there, so I thought I could get inside easily. The first door had no handle. The second did, but both doors were locked. I had to walk the distance to the front door. By the time I got there, my inflamed back didn't allow me to walk upright. I was told by front desk staff the management was concerned with nighttime safety. Given all the spots not designated handicapped in the front of the building, that is not the message I got. I really felt unwanted in this hotel. It felt very discrimatory.

Front desk staff was very kind and thoughtful upon checkin. Morning breakfast attendant was also very kind and helpful.

The breakfast was horrible! I have stayed at several holiday inn hotels with breakfast and this one by far was the worst.

Staff was great but the room was dirty and the building was falling apart

Ice maker on 3rd floor didn’t work. Elevator made horrible noise.

We came in around 10pm and just about all the restaurants were closed and we didn’t feel safe at that time of night

Great stay. Lots of fast food places, gas stations and shopping centers near.

We had booked 2 rooms and stayed for a night. It was nice to stay as rooms and washrooms were clean. It was very hot outside around 100 but room temperature was maintained nicely and it was pleasant.

Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Quiet area. Decent hot and cold breakfast choices.

Facility is in great condition. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Restaurants right next store.

Nice place to stay. I had an issue but it wasn’t with the property, it was with Expedia. I had two itineraries for two rooms and Holiday Inn Express only receive one from Expedia.

They need to clarify they have Tesla chargers but nothing for anyone else. Disappointing

Fast check in. Lady in the front provided extra linens which was greatly appreciated. Shower head was terrible and the curtains had a smell/stench. Couldn’t take a good shower. Dove soap was great but the conditioner looked expired and old. Pool and hot tub was clean and perfect for my kids.

It was as outdated!
