This hotel - like every Hilton I have visited - cannot get wi-fi without an hour of struggles.
It shouldn’t be that hard so sign on the WiFi. Hilton is always a hassle for WiFi. Every time.

We found this Hampton Inn to be exceptionally clean and well-run. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast offerings were the usual but the serving area was clean and monitored well to keep things full. The area is a busy shopping area, quiet at night but with lots of restaurants, groceries, etc nearby z

The hotel is quite nice and clean. The doors to rooms are a little hard to open/close - like their slightly too large for the door frame. It makes opening/closing doors a bit loud but it's not a big deal.
I'll be in the area again in a few months for work and plan to stay here again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We were staying there to go see a concert. They have a shuttle bus to and from the venue, thats awesome. The place is very clean and well decorated. Our room was clean and nice. Only complaint is the pillows- typically flat hotel pillows. Would definitely stay again !

We have used this hotel frequently over the last 4 years when we are in Decatur. The staff is always friendly and helpful. On this visit I noticed a bit more wear and tear on the interior. We noticed wallpaper hanging loose in an upstairs hallway and our room door must not have been on its hinges properly as it was very difficult to open and had to be firmly pushed almost slammed to get it to close. The bed was very comfortable and things looked clean in our room and bathroom. The breakfast was excellent with many choices. Overall I would recommend this hotel, hoping they fix the little things that are showing signs of wear.

Our kids got in trouble for noise 10 min after leaving the pool. Our kids got in trouble for stunting in the pool. While other kids were doing it to. Staff got on to us for coming in the wrong door with nothing posted. We had no shampoo or conditioner and when we asked for some they left it in the hallway didn’t even let us know. After one night our keys wouldn’t work. Staff overall not friendly or accommodating. No towel by the pool had to use bath mats. Bathtub was very slippery no grip stickers on bottom of tub almost fell.
