Like the new renovation rooms nice and clean and spacious staff was very friendly overnight staff and food breakfast was delicious thank you for making me and my kids comfortable the night before my wedding day 😊 God bless you ❤️💜🙌🏿

Good location
No ice, poor breakfast, cigarettes burns in carpet, spiders in bathroom corner by stool. Staff seemed unconcerned. Bed was more firm then I prefer.

The room had not been cleaned, my mother in law had to request a refund. We were so tired from being at the hospital we just went to sleep as we couldn’t find a place affordable last minute. We pre booked this hotel prior to even seeing it. Worst experience ever.

pretty much everything. place was not very well kept, our room was not cleaned properly at all! we tried to get a later check out to figure out a different place to stay and they gave us 10 mins extra. mind you I am a choices member and have been since 2015.

The location was near family and the location of the event we were attending.
One of the first rooms we were assigned, had not been cleaned, so we asked and received another room but the bathroom had water dripping from the room above. One the other rooms was very warm, hot actually they had to open a window! The stairwells and steps were dirty, clumps of mud and gravel! Your front entrance concrete was crumbling not a good first impression. Overall cleanliness was poor.

There was nothing I liked at that hotel. Still currently waiting for my refund because I did not stay in that hotel. They also had the never to have a charge on my refund so I don't get my full price of what I paid for the hotel that I I DID NOT STAY IN.
Never got to Stay in the facility. Room was not cleaned and room smelled bad. And to add on to that the first room they gave to me the room key did not work.

Hotel was rundown. Bathroom door hinge loose. Room not cleaned in 3 nights. Toilet wouldn't flush when I got there after midnight. Told them at the desk in the morning but nothing was done. Went to supply room on floor to resolve it myself. I found towels and plunger to fix toilet.. overall I was unimpressed.

Hotel was clean, staff were polite, free Wi-Fi, breakfast, felt safe.
The heater in the room ran far beyond the temp it was set at and I woke up miserably hot in the middle of the night.

Cant smoke in rooms but I guess it was ok to smoke weed in rooms as all I smelled going to my room.
Was not told until after I paid that hallways were full of things from doing work down stairs, I've had 3 strokes and had to be very careful and make sure I didnt fall.
Fire hazards if you needed to get out quick.
Side door lock did not work, anyone could enter.
The pool.... was dirty, was beaded weave in it and dirty gross water.... the hot tub hasnt worked in a year but was not told... the carpets looked like they had not been vacuumed in a while up stairs.
Who ever owns this motel, you need fined..... things all in hallways is not acceptable...... what if their was a fire, and someone who is disabled had to get out....
And getting our money back was out of the question!!
This motel should be closed down... for safety hazards!!

Dakota was at the front desk. Very friendly, very helpful. Received a room upgrade.
Hot tub broken. Pool water looked green. Breakfast was limited "due to covid". That seemed unreasonable.
