This was our second stay there. First one was great all levels. 2nd not so much. Front desk was not friendly, dismissive and not helpful he actual chuckled at me.
We had paid for an upgraded room with a king bed. The room was not clean, there was nail polish stains on the nightstands on the carpet the room was not extended. I had gone down to ask him for some help and he was dismissive chuckled and didn’t offer any help.

I took my wife to San Marcos for an overnight trip to the outlet mall. You cant beat the location of the hotel to the mall. hotel is clean, rooms are nice, breakfast in the morning. had a great time

I have stayed at this hotel before and had a good stay, so that’s why we rebooked, but this time around the room we were in was a bit uncomfortable because the air conditioning wasn’t working. The front desk clerk (Ashley) was absolutely wonderful in moving us to another room, only that the new room smelled horrible & I found a dead roach! We stuck it out only because it was a place to sleep, but I will probably reconsider staying again. I don’t remember it being like that the 1st time I stayed. Another thing is it was Family Weekend for the college and prices were sky high I think our stay was almost $700 for two nights. All the hotels take advantage of events as such to raise prices.

This hotel seems very safe, but most hotels including this one do not seem to consider the safety of single female guests. I am routinely placed in adjoining rooms or rooms right next to the stairs. Unfortunately, women travelling alone are not as safe and some consideration of this issue when assigning rooms would be appreciated.

Stayed here for a week after my plans changed. Easy reservation process. Checked in quickly, excellent room, very clean. The workout room has enough equipment for me to get my workout done. Breakfast was delicious, the staff was friendly and informative. Highly recommend.

Our room was not serviced during our stay. No bed change. No new towels. Nothing.
Room above us had children (or perhaps very active adults) running heavily back and forth across the room each night after 10:30pm while we were trying to go to sleep. Lasted for hours each night.
Called the desk. Noise didn’t stop. Did not get moved to another room. No discount for noise or inconvenience.

Please focus on keeping the elevator floors clean. Perhaps it was due to guests working on the new apartment complex across the street, but it should not be an excuse.

This hotel has great staff extremely friendly! Rooms are nice and comfortable. Everything is awesome and we always stay at this particular hotel. Only one tiny thing is the floor in the elevator seemed dirty all weekend but i'm sure they mop it and it quickly gets super dirty again. Otherwise a great hotel but the staff really makes it awesome!
