Very clean and definitely kept up. Parking was crazy at $50 but at least it had in/out privileges. Didn't try any of the food or use the weight room but it's within walking distance to whatever you're in Bellevue for

I'm trying a different hotel under the Marriot Brand in Bellevue.
When we first got there, we noticed that the valet parking greeting area was jammed to the point that it was backed up to the street. It looked like only one person was working there.
The service was great, but our room was right by the elevator, so it was quite noisy. Either the room is not soundproof as expected, or the elevator is making too much noise.
The decor and decoration at the hotel is clean and modern.

The property was nice but it's currently surrounded by construction - not their fault, for sure. But we were given a handicapped room which was not great. The bathroom and hallway flooded with every shower. Not great.
For the price we paid, we could have done much better. Most likely, we won't be back.

Everything in terms of the hotel was great, staff friendliness especially. Only issue was the valet parker system they use. Used the system to have our car brought round and the system kept saying "en route" rather than ready. After sitting in the lobby for about 15 minutes waiting for the status to update to "Ready" as instructed, we finally wondered down to see what was happening and our car was just sitting around the corner out of sight from the lobby. Tipped via the phone system at the time of calling for the car, on what ended up below par service. If it's going to cost us $110 for the weekend to park, would have hoped the experience would have been better.

The air conditioning in the first room we were assigned was not working. A tech was dispatched to attempt to resolve the issue. Allow they indicated that the unit was fixed, it wasn't. We re-contacted the front desk who assigned us a new smaller room with a marginally working air conditioner. It seems the actual temp in the room was 10 degrees warmer than the thermostat indicated.

Had some relatives down from Canada for a bday weekend celebration! We live in Kent, Wa. and wanted somewhere close to downtown Bellevue tor an evening out and brunch the next day! It was perfect! Really nice and new and great location for all of the activities we had planned.

My room was not cleaned/refreshed even though I specifically asked to have the room serviced. When I asked about it, I was told that they don’t clean the rooms every day. No one told me this on check-in. If this is truly the case they don’t provide sufficient stock of towels, face cloths or in-room coffee to cover more than one night. I’ll never stay here again… Also the breakfast buffet… expensive yet limited and of exceptionally poor quality.

This is a new hotel with comfortable beds. Don't be fooled by the listing name - it is not in downtown Seattle. Be prepared for riding the bus 45-50 minutes each way if your destination is downtown. Also, watch out for noise, if you're sensitive.
