Overall OK, clean, beautiful garden, near to Kea farm market. few lacking:1. The garden open for outside visitor, from very early morning to late at night visitors making noise & disturb the guest privacy.2. Only toilet tissue provided in the toilet. No tissue at bed area.3. Car park near to rooms building, cars noise very annoying throughout the day (even at mid night)

Need to install air freshener in the toilets , as the air ducts or ventilator is not strong enough to extract the air in the toilets.

Unpleasant urine smell when entering the room. Need to clean the toilet before use it

Easy access to place of interest. Got restaurant by the hotel; kea farm market just walking distance. Hotel is clean and spacious. Beautifullly designed. Im very happy.

If want extra pillow n towel need to pay extra,no privacy,visitor outside also can enter the hotel area.

The stay was good but the road access to this guest house really messy due to market. Propose to prepare alternative road to enter this guest house. Thanks.

Hotel condition is good and clean. Room can a quite noisy because window is open to the front where everyone is moving around but still acceptable. Have a romantic garden which is perfect for couple like us. Sunrise is quite nice at this hotel too but the steamboat is disappointing. Overall I like the place as I manage to enjoy my time together with her here.

Having trouble getting there as it is located inside the market place. I saw the huge signboard, but couldn't see the entrance because there were too many people crowding the road, however we managed to get through. The parking entrance are very steep, you gotta be real careful. There will be a guy asking for entry money, just tell him that you're a guest at the hotel so he won't charge. If he still charge you, you can claim at the reception, just make sure you get a parking receipt. The garden is beautiful but the environment is very crowded. Too many people making noise, taking pictures, and eating at the garden. I doubt they are a guest there. The hotel should have a strict policy of who can occupy the area. The room is okay. I was with my husband and mom. So our room has 1 queen bed + 1 single bed. Only 3 pillows were given. So one for each of us. Asked for 3 more extra pillows and were charged RM5 each. The extra pillows has urine stains and smells of urine. I checked in at 3.30pm, tried to rest but it was too noisy outside. I notice the noise lasts til 7pm. I can hear the guest next door talking and laughing, and also footsteps from the guest upstairs. They should have a proper soundproof . Other than that, I have no other issues. But it will be my first and last time staying here. I'm just really annoyed with the noise.

Overall about hotel is good. But i booked triple room in Expedia. Expedia charged me for extra person for deluxe room but i need to pay some more for extra bed, towel n pillow to hotel. So whats the point i paid for extra person in Expedia?????
