A repeat stay for us – good aircon, good wifi, spacious, nice spa offering massages at reasonable prices on the 3rd floor, fairly good breakfasts, reasonably quiet (by Manila standards). Water dispenser in the room is much appreciated.

My stay was over all great though tv and microwave were not functioning, they were replaced on a timely manner.

I love that I can prepare my own healthier meals because it has all the cooking utensils I need and a stove. It may not be the hotel's fault but because there seem to be a construction in the back entrance, the walkway is not very safe (uneven curbs)

A comfortable option in Ortigas area -- spacious apartments, with drinking water provided. Good wifi, good spa onsite with reasonable prices, the restaurant is fine, earl check-in at 7 am was charged at half daily rate. The surrounding area can be a bit noisy.

Great place to stay.

Courteous staff, clean property, spacious room. Beware noisy neighbors late night just my luck (thinner walls) but hotel immediately resolved. It appears their breakfast options also improved from past concerns, great coffee. I’d stay again for the value.

Many of the insects in the bathroom & in the room attached to this post. Killed 8 of them in one night. Bed was advertised as king sized & perhaps measurement wise, it was. But were actually 2 single beds stuck together & uncomfortably obvious. Hot water seemed time dependent in that in some showers, hot water lasted 2 minutes. Bathroom light was also flickering when we got in the room. But what turned us off was the front desk respresentative. We asked if it was possible to get a quiet room, to which they assured us yes. Turned out to be beside the elevator & each & every ding, & all the folks congregating waiting to enter & leaving were heard. When we requested for a change in room, the same rep. said they had no visibility in room availabilities, that only housekeeping could say. They did not get back to us on this so we went back to the lobby to check on the status of our request. They eventually offered another room but was equally noisy as it was located in front of the main highway. We asked if there were any other options to which we got a “no” (Hotels.com indicated 8 of the same room available). We mentioned we’re willing to wait to be moved & the rep. said “sige po, gawan natin ng paraan” (“alright, we’ll make this work”). 2 hours later, Hotels.com’s listings showed no restrictions in availabilities at this point - nobody got back to us. Kudos to Matt from concierge who seemed like a genuine guy - a refreshing contrast to their colleague.

The staff are very accomodating.

there are 2 entrances and if one has a car, one needs to pass by the back entrance along sapphire road to have access to B4 parking. there, a porter will meet you to help bring up your luggages. in our case, matt was already waiting there when we parked. checking-in was fast c/o paul. the 2BR/2 T&B unit was much much better than we expected! good layout, very clean! there was a jug of drinking water prepared. the kitchenette had enough plates, glasses etc for us. basic toiletries were provider - good smelling soap! aircons were working well. breakfast at le gastro was hybrid - a la carte for main meal, buffet for bread, eggs, cereals, juices, fruits. i had american breakfast and the scones are the best i've ever tasted!!! really!!! the baked beans were also so good! staff at the restaurant were very accommodating, very amiable and very pleasing in looks and manners. i later found out it is part of the ascott group and so i am not surprised with the good service and amenities!!! we will book some other time again. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The lobby feels a little bit old but the room I stayed in looks good. View from the room is good too.

They had very restrictive policies about their pool (no outside guests are allowed to swim), and about the number of guests you could have anywhere. They had strange attitudes in general, as though their paying guests, and the food deliveries they may have come, and everything should be based on how they would prefer things happen, not on a happy experience for their clients (and they are not even all that polite about these things).

Wonderful property very clean and such an amazing staff. I was only looking to stay for a week in this property but I ended up extending two more weeks. They had some protocols due to COVID but they have to keep all their clients safe. I appreciate the extra work that they did to ensure everyones safety.The restaurant staff was also very amazing. I will be looking forward to staying in this property again when I'm in the Philippines. Thank you again for giving me such a wonderful experience.

The room here is huge, modern, in great condition, and well equipped. The breakfast that is included is really good. They give you a menu to order from. The food is great quality and large (American sized) portions. Staff has all been great.

Location is pretty good, and the view outside our almost floor-to-ceiling windows was panoramic. We stayed here for mandatory quarantine purposes. The only thing though is there weren’t any pots, pans, knives and other utensils for cooking for preparing food. There were a few plates, 2 mugs, 2 saucers and I think that was it. There was no paper towel as well but we did bring our own. Usually, when we books studio apartments, these are already available in the room. Otherwise, will definitely stay here again.

Citadines has never disappointed me. The quality of its maintenance and cleanliness is simply consistently outstanding.

The staff are friendly from front desk, doorman, housekeeping, nice and friendly massage therapist, the gym. Overall love the place and will definitely come back on our next vacation on 2021. Friends who came over and visit can’t believe there’s a gem in Citadines in the heart of Ortigas. My brother in laws And nephew who are first timer visitor to the Philippines were very impressed. Free parking, fresh linen daily per request, good heating system with washer and dryer bathroom for every room we stayed in a 3 BR. Accessible to shopping centers with tons of restaurants around to choose from.

It was good stay~

Stay here every time I am in Manila. I like it because of the kitchenette in the room as it is nice to cook for myself and not eat out all the time. The staff are helpful and always smiling. Stayed one week in February 2020 before going to Bali then coming back. Unfortunately for me the were no vacancies on my return Feb 19-28 so had to go somewhere else which is a shame as i would have liked to stay here again. This speaks to the popularity of this Aparthotel. Breakfast buffet is good, plenty of options. I've stayed at other Citadines Properties and this property is still my favorite if your staying in Ortigas Center. Will stay here again if I'm ever back in Manila. Stay here in 2017, 2018 and 2020.

Property is good in terms of cleanliness and features BUT customer service is bad. Amenities in the room is incomplete. We still have to ask a lot of needed things like utensils, dish soap for our use in the room

Very nice hotel. Great service staff. Location is a few minutes walk from Robinson. Many choices of food around the hotel. Breakfast doesn’t have choices. Food are just ok.

The room design is amazing and spacious.
